Dawood Ibrahim's car burnt in Indirapuram

Today one person has burnt a car he purchased at an auction. I heard some persons saying that it can lead to riots and he should not be doing that. I would like to say that it is his personal property and he has every right to do whatever he wants to do with it. Where are advocates of tolerance now? Why are they not supporting freedom now? When some people say that they want to ban beef eating you say that it is infringement on right on freedom but when someone want to burn his car which was used by a terrorist you warn him of dire consequences. Is it called tolerance?

Someone said that if Dawood Ibrahim's car his burnt then he will plant some bomb and kill innocent people. I would like to ask that if we don't burn his then is it guaranteed that he will not plant a bomb and kill innocent people. People need to distinguish between cowardliness and tolerance. Coward people are not safest people on the earth but always sufferers.

Dawood Ibrahim’s car, sold at auction, to be burnt tomorrow in Ghaziabad
Mumbai | Published:December 22, 2015 9:34 pm | The Indian Express

At an auction of Dawood’s properties held in Mumbai on December 9, right-wing Hindu leader Chakrapai bid successfully for the green Hyundai Accent car for a mere Rs 32,000.

Swami Chakrapani, the right-wing Hindu leader who successfully bid for a car belonging to fugitive gangster Dawood Ibrahim at an auction here earlier this month, today said it would be burnt publicly in Ghaziabad near Delhi tomorrow.

“Our organisation has decided to burn the car publicly at Indrapuram in Ghaziabad between 1 PM to 2 PM,” Chakrapani said.

“Burning the car would be symbolic of conducting the last rites of the terrorism that Dawood and his henchmen spread in the country, especially in Mumbai,” added Chakrapani, who claims to be the national president of ‘All India Hindu Mahasabha’ and is one of the petitioners in the Ram Janmabhoomi case.

At an auction of Dawood’s properties held in Mumbai on December 9, Chakrapai bid successfully for the green Hyundai Accent car for a mere Rs 32,000.

“Earlier I wanted to covert the car into an ambulance, but when D-company’s (Dawood gang’s) henchmen threatened me to be ready to face the consequences, I decided to give a reply to him in his own language. I am going to torch it in full public view,” he said.

The car, which is in a battered condition, was transported to Delhi from Mumbai a few days ago. Chakrapani said he didn’t need any security as he was not afraid of threats, though he filed a complaint with Mandir Marg police in Delhi on December 11 after receiving threat calls.

Another case of Love Jehad

Today I read about an incident of a Hindu girl being abducted by a Muslim man and being tortured to convert to Islam and marry the abductor. I don't see this as an isolated crime but part of a larger conspiracy where Muslim men are trained to lure, abduct and torture Hindu girls to convert them to Islam.  It was found that pamphlets were distributed to Muslim youth promising awards for luring a Hindu girl to Islam. It is not like that after converting to Islam they have a happy life. They are tortured and made into machine of producing children after converting to Islam. It is a very alarming situation which every Hindu should be aware of and take action against.

Techie held for ‘confining, sexually assaulting’ ex-colleague in Hyderabad
December 23, 2015

A 30-year-old systems engineer was arrested for allegedly confining and sexually assaulting a former colleague, who he wanted to marry against her wishes, police said on Tuesday.

Hyderabad Police found the 27-year-old woman, in shock and with bruises, at a flat in Tolichowki area here. The police raided the flat after she managed to send an SMS and posted an SOS on social media, alerting her friends about the situation.

Officers at Humayunagar police station said Syed Emad Hasan physically and sexually assaulted the woman for five days to force her to convert to Islam and marry him.

Hasan, from Aligarh, did his BTech from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, and started working at an MNC. In June, the woman, who had completed a chartered accountancy course, joined the company as an intern. They became friends, and Hasan soon proposed to her, the police said. The woman refused.

In August, the woman left the company and moved to Dubai, where she got another job. However, Hasan allegedly started pestering her, insisting she talk to him every night over Skype. “The woman told us she was forced to talk to Hasan as he showed her photos and videos of them together in Hyderabad, and threatened to send them to her father. He also demanded that she send inappropriate photos of her,” Inspector S Ravinder said.

Unable to deal with the threats, the woman reportedly decided to go to Hyderabad and ask Hasan to give her the photos and videos. He promised to do so if she met him, the police said.

On December 14, Hasan picked her up from Hyderabad airport. “He took her to the flat in Al-Hasanath colony and confined her. He took three days’ leave and brutalised and sexually assaulted her. He threatened to continue doing so until she agreed to marry him after converting to Islam. He even threatened to set her on fire and strangle her,” an officer of the Hyderabad ‘She Team’ said.

“On December 20, the woman managed to use Hasan’s phone to send a text message to her friends, and used his laptop to post an SOS on social media. Her friends then alerted her brother, who informed the police. We found her in the bathroom with injuries on her head and body. She was scared and in shock, but managed to narrate her ordeal. Hasan said they were lovers, but the woman appears very scared in his presence,’’ the official said. Photos and videos of the woman were found on his mobile phone and laptop.

UK Justice system

Today I read news of shocking state of justice system of UK. This news says that UK court of justice have cleared Saudi millionaire of rape charge after he claimed that he accidentally penetrated teenager. How could any person in his senses believe in this kind of story? I think whole judicial system of UK has collapsed and it is being run by bribes. No Indian court has ever come up with this kind of absurd decisions.

Ehsan Abdulaziz said he tripped and somehow penetrated the teenager

Saudi millionaire Ehsan Abdulaziz has been cleared of rape charges after claiming he accidentally penetrated the victim when he fell on her. The property developer was accused of raping the 18-year-old girl while she was sleeping on a couch at his apartment in Maida Vale, west London.
During the trial at Southwark Crown Court, Abdulaziz explained that he tripped and fell on the girl.

"She woke up with the defendant kissing her and his penis in her vagina," prosecutor Jonathan Davies told the Southwark Crown Court. On 7 August, 2014, the victim and her 24-year-old female friend met the millionaire at the Circ le Soir club and returned with him to his apartment where the other girl had sex with him. The teenager slept on a sofa but woke up to find Abdulaziz allegedly trying to force himself on her.

"She said: 'What are you doing?' and he said 'It's fine', indicating that her friend was asleep. She got up to find her friend, tried to wake her but couldn't, she then tried to get out of the flat as quickly as she could."

Abdulaziz, however, claimed he had come to offer her a T-shirt and to ask if she needed a cab to go home. He added that the girl was trying to seduce him and had pulled him on top of her. "I'm fragile, I fell down but nothing ever happened, between me and this girl nothing ever happened," he insisted.
The 46-year-old Saudi told the court that traces of his semen might have been found on the girl because he had just had sex with her friend. Abdulaziz pointed out that the incident was not intentional and happened when he tripped and somehow penetrated the teenager.

During the trial, judge Martin Griffiths permitted the rare step of allowing 20 minutes of Abdulaziz's evidence to be heard in private. The jury announced its not-guilty verdict after 30 minutes of deliberations.

Kejriwal's principal secretory raided by CBI

Yesterday Delhi's CM Arvind Kejriwal's principal secretory's office was raided by CBI in connection with misuse of power and corruption. Avind Kejriwal's main election agenda was removal of corruption from government. But now he is projecting this raid as violation of federal structure and interference in his government. This is a complete U-turn from his earlier stand against corruption. CBI as per its working doesn’t seek approval of head of a department before raiding a government office because it will leak information about the raid and no raid will be successful. Then why should CBI need Arvind Kejriwal's approval? It looks like Arvind Kejriwal's principal secretory has become a honest person after donating his all black money to Aam Admi Party and it is duty of a honest CM to fight for a newly honest IAS official. I don't see anything wrong with CBI raid.

Salman Khan's Acquittal in Hit and Run case

Salman Khan was acquitted in Hit and Run case where he killed 6 people by running car over them in a drunk condition. As expected police have failed to prove that Salman Khan was driving the car, not even his driver is punished in this case. If neither Salman Khan's driver not Salman Khan was driving the car then who was driving the car?

People of India believe that it was Salman Khan who was driving the car in drunk condition and he ran his car over people sleeping on footpath and killed 6 of them. But still they go out and watch movies of this murderer. If people feel that police and judiciary is corrupt then what stopped people from boycotting movies of Salman Khan and bring him to dust from a star. Indian public is not like USA public who stand up against wrong doers. I was in USA when USA attacked Iraq. That time one of the top singers of USA said that she is ashamed that president is from her province. People of USA started calling radio channels to stop playing her songs. Stores removed her albums from sale and she was forced to apologize to the nation. This is why USA people are respected for their patriotism. We on the other hand support people who talk against the nation. The people speaking in favor of the nation are termed as backward and people talking against nation are termed forward looking people. We need to stand up against people insulting our nation just like USA people do.

People say that it was accident that Salman Khan met with and 6 people died in that accident and you can't call him murderer just because of that. I would like to tell you that if I run my car without being drunk and having my eyes open and following all traffic rules and still I met with an accident and someone dies in that incident then it is called accident.  But if I blindfold myself and sit on driver’s seat and start driving the car at very high speed and some people dies in this incident then it is not called accident but a cold blooded murder. Because before driving the car I knew that some people will get killed in this fun of mine and still I went ahead with this fun. I put Salman Khan as murderer and don't want to watch movies of this murderer even if he makes fantastic moves. Even if so called forward looking people call me intolerant then be is so but I am not going to watch Salman Khan's movie.

Delhi Government's proposal of running even and odd number private cars on alternate days

Delhi Government has proposed that private cars in Delhi should be run on alternate days depending every alternate days depending on if registration number of the car is even or odd. It has many drawbacks as I can see. The drawback of this decision is as follows:

1.    It will encourage affluent people to buy more cars. The affluent people will start buying two cars one with even number and one with odd number so that they can commute by car on all days. Transport department will stop giving choice of number to the people but affluent people can buy cars from second hand market with number of their choice. This decision will favor rich people who can buy two cars and punish poor people who can't buy two cars. Four people who have bought one car and doing car pooling to got to their office will be on disadvantage compared to one affluent person who have two cars for a single person. It will aggravate problem of parking space in Delhi.
2.    It will not be possible for a person to use his car for a overnight family function. If I use my car to attend a family function and stay overnight for that function then I can't return in my car because my car will not be allowed to run on the next day.
3.    Public and commercial vehicles are exempted from this condition. The commercial vehicles will start charging more fees for hiring a commercial vehicle. It will cause a lot of inconvenience to poor people because rich people can anyway pay any amount.
4.    Public transport system in Delhi is not adequate. I see Delhi Matro is always over crowded. DTC buses are also over crowded. A Bus having sitting capacity of 50 people is carrying 200 people. This surely is not a sign of a robust public transport system. Unless I see this situation improving this kind of measures are just adding to plight of general public.
This measure is going to hit middle income people who can buy one car but can't buy two cars. Poor people who can't buy a car will not be effected directly by this decision but it will be effected by increased fare of commercial vehicles. This decision will help affluent people to enjoy both clean air and luxury of car.

Condition of private hospitals in India

Last Monday I visited Max Hospital, Patpadganj, Delhi with my brother in law who was having back pain. We reached emergency of Max Hospital at 12 o'clock. He was not provided with a bed because no bed was available in emergency. Doctor suggested MRI scan of spine and we had to wait till 6:30 PM for MRI scan because queue was long. This is the condition of private hospitals who are charging high fee to customer and because of that have enough money to acquire more equipment for the treatment. Think of government hospitals who are having limited funds and a very high demand from public. Government hospitals can't buy more equipment because for them more demand does not mean more money.

I came to know of shocking case which happened on the same day. Some man had come from Allahabad with his ill wife and asked if this hospital have facility of liver transplant. This hospital does not have facility for liver transplant so he went out to look for an ambulance to take his ailing wife to some other hospital. By the time (after one hour) he came back his wife was shifted to day care and administered some dips without his consent. He was asked to pay 16000 rupee for so called treatment of his wife. This remind me of film Gabbar where one dead body was treated for two days in a hospital for 4 lakhs rupee bill. Max Hospital, Patpadganj charged 16000 rupee just for telling that treatment is not available in their hospital. The hospital did not have any fear of tarnishing their image in eye of patients who were seeing this thing happening before their eye. People say that Baba's and Jyotishies are looting people of India but I am sure that they are not as shameless as qualified doctors of India.

Banke Bihari temple being taken over by U.P. government

Yesterday I read news in newspaper that Banke Bihari temple along with one other temple will be taken over by U.P. government. I see this decision having negative impact on facilities being provided to devotees. I personally visited Banke Bihari temple and I found temple to be well maintained. Government is saying that temple management is misusing donations for their personal benefit and neglecting  the temple. It is more of a excuse than being the fact. Government on the other hand is full of highly corrupt politicians and bureaucrats. These people will eat all the money received from devotees. Government can use money from Hindu devotees for funding Haj subsidy. Government don't give any help to temple which are cash starved at the same time capture temples which are doing well.

The condition of temples run by government is very bad. Tirupati Balaji temple is run by government and government is charging entry fee for darshan. This kind of fee is not charged in Banke Bihari temple right now.  After Banke Bihari temple going under government control the condition of Banke Bihari temple may also become the same. The money collected by extorting money from devotees will end up with corrupt bureaucrats and politicians. This money will be used for giving Haj Subsidies. Government have never taken over a golf club run by some private individuals for use of social cause because it is private money of people and they can do whatever they want with this money. Similarly temple is also a building made by some individuals with their personal money. Devotees are also giving donations from their personal money left with them after paying taxes. So what right does government have to take over this private institution? It is not being run by government’s money.

BJP's defeat in Bihar

BJP has been defeated very badly in Bihar. This is second defeat earlier BJP has lost Delhi to AAP lead by Arvind Kejriwal. Any party's win of defeat is decided by candidates and party workers and not by star campaigners. Narender Modi thinks that he has power to make anyone win and choice of candidates does not matter. He is surrounded by sycophants who don't allow him to see ground realities. He has started thinking that BJP is there because of him and other people do not matter. This attitude ended up in BJP loosing Delhi and now Bihar also. Narender Modi should learn his lesson now at least and start respecting party workers and other leaders.

Arvind Kejriwal opposes police action on people selling Beef

Yesterday Delhi Police raided Kerala House on complain that Beef is being served in the canteen. As per laws of Delhi production, storage, selling and consumption of Beef is not allowed in Delhi. If Delhi Police gets a complain that law is being violated by some influential MPs in Kerala house, it was duty of Delhi Police to take action against people violating law and Delhi Police did the same with full efficiency.

But Arvind Kejriwal (chief minister of Delhi) did not like that and wanted Delhi Police allow violation of the law by the influential. If Arvind Kejriwal think that eating Beef should be allowed then he should amend the law instead of asking police to ignore violation of law. Allowing Beef will create law and order problem which will be difficult to control. What people eat is not always personal matter but government can restrict that for example eating meat of lion and tigers is banned in India. Is it not violation of right of freedom? If government can ban meat of lion and tiger then why can't government ban beef?

Worshipers of Ravana

Now a day I am hearing that some people have started worshiping Ravana because they claim that Ravana was a learned man. I would like to put some facts from the books and information I received from my ancestors and also my personal experience.

Only north Indian Brahmins worship Ravana and not south Indian
I belong to a village in western Uttar Pradesh and my family is settled in Delhi. In my childhood I heard stories from Brahmins that Ravana was a great man and south Indian people worship Ravana and not Ram. Latter on I happened to work in south India and found that south Indian people worship Ram more than north Indians do. So why north Indian Brahmins are spreading a lie about south India? The answer is that they love Ravana because he was a north Indian Brahmin. Ravana's father Visarva married a south Indian girl and Ravana was born to her. North Indian brahmins are unable to accept a Kshariya who killed a wrong doing Brahmin as God. Despite it being a well-known fact that Ravana was a bad son, as bad brother, a bad husband, a bad father, a bad king and biggest sinner of all time. Brahmin's are not ready to accept Ravana as a bad man and Ram as God because he killed Ravana, therefore they are spreading stories that Ravana is respected by south Indian's and Shri Lankan people and north Indian people (north Indian non brahmin people) should also stop worshiping Ram and start worshiping Ravana. This is height of castist mentality of of Brahmins that they are ready to defend Ravana because he was born in a Brahmin family. You can imagine how much they will support present day sinners who are Brahmins.

Ravana was not called Dashanan when Tulsidas was writing Ramcharitmanas
Now a days Ravana is called Dashanan (One having ten heads) to honor his so called intelligence. I would like to tell you that at least till 15th century Ravana was not referred as Dashanan because Tulsidas, the author of Ramcharitmanas, used Dashanan for referring to bhagwan Shiv. I remember reading episode of union of Bharat and  Ram in Chtarkoot from Ramcharitmanas in my hindi book and was surprised to read that Kakayi took oath of Dashanan and plead to Ram to return to Ayodhya. I asked my teacher why Kakayi is taking oath of Ravana. My teacher answered that when Tulsidas was writing Ramcharitmanas Ravana was not called Dashnan but bhagwan Shiv was called Dashanan and Kakayi is taking oath of bhagwan Shiv to plead to Ram to return back to Ayodhya. Ravana was started being called Dashanan after Britishers came to India. It was attempt to make Ravana as a god because we Hindu believe that gods have multiple heads and more than two hands. But non Brahmin Hindus never accepted Ravana as god despite news being spread that he had ten heads. People believed that Ram with one head is God and Ravana can't be a god despite having ten heads.

Ravana was a coward with no self-respect
Ravana captured Lanka with help of Kumbhkarana and Vibhishana from his half-brother Kuber. Kuber had a soft corner for Ravana because he was his half-brother (person having same father but different mother). Kuber did not resist with his full force when Ravana attacked Lanka. Ravana did not love his brothers and for him they were just tools for fulfilling his selfish needs. Ravana was a characterless person who used to kidnap girls from his own territory and outside his territory. He appointed his ministers not on merit but based on how many beautiful girls they get for Ravana. No girl was safe in Lanka and Ravana was protecting rapists. Lanka was becoming week because talented and dedicated people of Lanka were being neglected and characterless sycophants were being promoted.

Supnakha was also a characterless woman just like his brother. She once saw Ram and proposed him not for marriage but for extra marital sex which Ram refused. Now a days when Ramayana is told in Mandirs were even children are listening, the person telling Ramayana can't tell the truth and say that she proposed Ram for marriage but we should understand the real truth. Shupnakha took same proposal of extra merrital sex to Lakshmana after refusal from Ram, Lakshmana also refused her proposal. After that Supnakha tried to kill Sita, seeing that Lakshmana put his sword between Shupnakha and Sita and by chance Supnakha's nose got cut. It was not intentional but just to save Sita. Ravana Bhakat brahmins say that Ram cut Supnakha's nose intentionally but it is not true.

Supnakha went to Khar and Dushan to take her revenge. Khar and Dushan were brave and not coward like Ravana so they went ahead and attacked Ram with their military strength. Ram being a good brother did not send his brother to fight with enemy and he himself went to fight with enemy. Ram killed both Khar and Dushan.

Supnakha knew very well that Ravana was coward and selfish person and did not care about insult of his sister so she played a different game there. She knew that Ravana have lust for women, so she told Ravana that she wanted to kidnap a beautiful woman for him and in this process lost her nose. Ravana was very happy with his sister for her commendable job. He did not listen to thing that some man has cut his sister's nose but listened to only fact that a beautiful woman is there in Panchvati.

He did not have courage to come in front of Ram or Lakshman so he was hiding near Panchvati for a long time waiting for a moment when both Ram and Lakshman were away from Panchvati. Once he got that opportunity when Sita sent Ram to capture a gold colored deer. Capturing a deer take more time and effort than killing one. Ram went far ahead in forest after the deer. Ravana took that opportunity and shouted in changed voice for help to Lakshman and Sita. Sita thought that it was Ram's voice and sent Lakshmana for Ram's help. Ravana kidnapped Sita and took her to Lanka on his Pushpak Vimana which was operated by his Pilate and not by Ravana himself.

Sita was physically more powerful than Ravana
Sita thought that she was being a woman was weaker than a man. So she kept crying for help all the way to Lanka but nobody helped her. When she reached Lanka and Ravana's palace was is site Sita jumped out of Pushpak Vimana and fell in Ashok Vatika. Ravana after parking his plane went to Ashok Vatika to take Sita to his palace. But Sita knowing that no one will help her captured all her strength and punched hard on Ravana's head and she was amazed to see that Ravan fall flat unconscious on the ground. When Ravana got consciousness back he remembered Nal Kuber's curse which he got after raping Nal Kuber's wife that he will get killed if he tried raping another woman. Ravana thought that one more punch from Sita will finish him all. He captured Sita in Ashok Vatika and never dared to come close to Sita after that.

Ravana sent everyone to war but himself was in hiding till end of the war
Ravana sent all his son's and brothers for war but did not dare to go to war till the end of the war. He did not love his sons or brothers. They were just tool to be used for his selfish need. Ravana was not having Amrit Kund in his naval as projected now a day. Ravana died at the hand of Ram because he was defeated in battle of bow and arrows and Vibhishan had no role to play there. Killing Ravana was not a big deal for Ram but killing of Kumbhkaran and killing of Meghnath was because those were brave and powerful.

I plan to write a book with more details about Ramayna but for now I end this post here.

True face of Maoists

Yesterday Sangeeta Kumari, one of poor forest dweller was killed by Maoists. Many Maoist supporters claim that Maoists are fighting with the government for right of poor forest dwellers. But truth is that they are China supported terrorists who are exploiting poor people and making money. They are a big threat to our country and all people must realize severity of the problem. We should support government and police in their counter insurgency missions.

Jharkhand Maoists kill 20-year-old girl who chose school over guns

B Vijay Murthy, Hindustan Times, Ranchi / Gumla |
Updated: Oct 09, 2015 07:46 IST

She could have been India’s Malala Yousafzai, leaving behind a life of Maoist violence she was lured into as a child, to start afresh, enrolling herself in school for studies and a bright future.

But Sanjeeta Kumari’s dream of returning to the mainstream was shattered this week when Maoist insurgents killed her for allegedly spying on behalf of the police. Her blood-stained body was found near the hills of Gumla in Jharkhand on Thursday.

Kumari, who also went by the name of Guddi, was lured into the outlaw group when she was 11 by a neighbour and transformed from a cook into a crack shot, serving under the Maoist banner for eight years, before she decided to turn over a new leaf.

The 20-year-old ran away from the rebels and went into hiding in Gumla, where she rented a house and enrolled herself at a local school but the outlaws continued to threaten her regularly.

When HT met her on July 28, Guddi recounted chilling tales of the looming threat to her life but said she was committed to her studies and wouldn’t return to the extremist fold under any condition.

“I cannot surrender because the moment my leaders come to know, they will kill my parents and siblings,” she told HT, on the condition that her story wouldn’t be published.

“I will be able to study as long as I am not identified and captured or my bosses in the jungle do not take me away forcibly,” she said.

But her dream wasn’t to be. When she went home to see her parents and siblings in the Maoist-infested village of Sibil on Tuesday, she was abducted by the insurgents, who left a handwritten note saying Guddi had to die because she didn’t mend her ways despite several warnings.

Her body was brought to the hospital by local villagers, not police personnel, who live in constant fear of Maoist attacks. “She was not our spy, and do we not know of any Maoist related case against her name so far,” said Gumla police superintendent Bhimsen Tuti.

Guddi said she was lured into the group by her neighbour Savita Didi, who was a Maoist leader. Guddi served as a cook for a year before undergoing arms training and became an expert at handling Insas rifles and carbines.

Once fighting the forces in the Latehar jungles, a bullet pierced through her foot. “With the injured foot, I ran and walked for four days and nights till we reached a safer place,” she said.

She fell in love with zonal commander Kanchan and wanted to marry him but he died from police bullets in an encounter.

Guddi also said Maoist commanders regularly exploit women sexually but it was often projected as consensual sex. “Abortions are a routine affair as female commanders cannot become mothers,” she had said.

“When I had left the camp in April, there were 23 minor girls in zonal commander Nakulji’s camp, few of them were as young as 10 years.”

Hindu festivals being targeted in name of pollution

Yesterday some people went to court seeking ban on burning crackers on Dusahra and Diwali festivals because it create pollution. I want to know why burning crackers on Eid, Christmas and New Year does not cause pollution. Why burning crackers on Hindu festivals only cause pollution and not on Muslim and Christian festival? This is a conspiracy to dampen festival spirit of Hindus and promote Muslim and Christian religion. All Hindus must protest against that. I burn crackers every year on Deepavali and will continue to do so even if I am arrested for doing so.

3 infants move SC seeking ban on firecrackers during festive season

Dhananjay Mahapatra

New Delhi:

Say `Our Lungs Cannot Take More Pollution'
Our lungs have not yet fully developed and we cannot take further pollution through bursting of crackers,“ said three infants in their petition before the Supreme Court seeking a ban on crackers this Dussehra and Diwali besides a host of measures like implementation of Bharat V norms for vehicles to arrest the capital's worsening air quality.

The infants -six-month olds Arjun Gopal and Aarav Bhandari and 14-month-old Zoya Rao Bhasin -moved the SC through their advocate fa thers to seek several measures to mitigate pollution and exercise their right to clean air guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution.

Supreme Court Rules permit minors to file petitions for protection of their fundamental rights through their parents and guardians who term themselves as `next friends'.

The writ petition under Article 32 of the Constitution was timed for the upcoming festivals which have in the past years seen a drop in air quality due to bursting of firecrackers.

The petitioners sought the SC's intervention “against inevitable use of firecrackers...and other products of the same classification, especially during Dussehra and Diwali, but thereafter in all other events and festivities as well“. The three infants also wanted measures to check pollution hazards like burning crop residues, polluting vehicles and open waste disposal.

They said, “Over the last two years, Delhi has retained the unique distinction of being the most polluted city in the world. The levels of particulate matter are highest, and across the country , over 7 lakh deaths occur annually due to air-pollution related diseases. “Studies show that Indian citizens have 30% lower lung capacity than Europeans, and that children are the worst affected, as their lungs have not yet fully developed and their systems are vulnerable. In Delhi, a majority of the pollution is caused by road dust and pollution from industries.

“To add to this, the smoke from bursting of crackers in the months of October and November during the festivals of Dussehra and Diwali virtually clogs the atmosphere, substantially increases the pollution level and magnifies the risk of contracting lung diseases.“

They said every year, the adverse impact of pollution gets debated and forgotten as the lethargic government machinery does little to protect citizens, especially infants and children, from the long-term toxic effects of deadly pollution enveloping the capital city .

Net neutrality and internet.org

Now a day there is advertisement of Internet.org being shown on many TV channels. This website internet.org is only available to Reliance Communication customers because Reliance Communication is sharing its revenue with Internet.org to make premium content of Internet.org available to its customers. Till now the websites which used to think that they have premium content used to charge membership fee directly to users and take payments through credit card. There are many restrictions on payments made by credit cards. Payment from Indian credit card cannot be made to any website providing pornographic contents. But now these websites will be charging for the content through internet service providers which will be untraceable.

Will government put a restriction on internet service providers on with which company they can tie up and share their revenue? How will government make sure that internet service providers will not tie up with pornographic content providers and distributing pornographic content to their user for a higher charge? It will lead to valuable foreign exchange going out of India. Why do we allow pornographic content to be distributed by internet service providers for a fee freely and at the same time arrest people who are selling pornographic CDs? The law should be same for everyone, if the law prohibit sale of pornographic content then government should also not allow sale of pornographic content by internet service providers and sharing their revenue with producer of pornographic content.

UP govt to waste people's money to help retired postmaster build 'mini' Taj Mahal

An 80-year-old retired postmaster, who had exhausted all his savings in building a "mini" Taj Mahal in Bulandshahr in the memory of his late wife, has got financial aid from the Uttar Pradesh government in constructing the mausoleum, in which he wishes to be buried beside his woman.

This is waste of people's money and as a tax payer of Uttar Pradesh I have serious objections to this kind of waste of public money by government.

Conduct of Faizul Hasan Quadri is totally opposite of the act of Dasrath Manjhi who build a road for people which they can use to reach city and save their life. This is positive way of remembering his wife and people using that road will remember Dashrath Manjhi's love for his wife. Faizul Hasan Quadri could have used his money in constructing a dispensary or school for children in his wife's name then his wife would have been remembered by his villagers for a long time. But instead of doing something good for his villagers he chose his selfish need to be buried in a taj mahal instead of being buried in a grave left in open where he would have to lie after his death. He wants luxury even after his death.

Unfortunately CM Akhilesh Yadav has chosen to support this selfish move on public money. Ms. Mayavati was a better CM because she built B.R. Ambedkar Super Specialty Hospital in Noida instead of wasting public money on Makbaras.

Child abuse charges on Ex-Prime Minister of UK

Today I read news about an ex-Prime Minister you UK being involved in child abuse. Not only him other parliamentarians were also involved child abuse.

The news said:
"I'm in absolutely no doubt that there were a significant number of politicians and many others in high society... who were committing child sexual abuse and probably continue to do so," Simon Danczuk, an opposition Labour MP and a leading campaigner on the issue, told Sky News television.

The news also said:
A vast judge-led inquiry was opened last month into child sexual abuse at a whole range of British institutions from parliament to the BBC, children's homes to churches.
It cited estimates that around one British child in every 20 have been sexually abused.
The estimate that 5% of child of UK is shocking it is even higher than 3rd world countries. The people who were supposed to protect children were abusing them.

I thank god that I am an Indian and in India till now no Prime Minister has been involved in child abuse.

Porn website ban lifted in India

Yesterday government of India lifted ban on 857 porn websites distributing pornographic content in India. As per laws of India production and distribution of pornographic content in India is prohibited in online and offline mode. By unblocking of these website government has said that it have not respect of law and will not try to enforce the laws of the land.

This is the first time in India that a government said that distribution of pornographic content on internet is allowed. Till now governments had been saying that they are unable to block pornographic content. If pornographic content is allowed on internet then why is it not allowed to be served from an Indian server? Why does it become harmful for society if it is served from Indian server and remain harmless when served from a foreign server?

Porn website ban in India

Yesterday Government of India blocked viewing of pornographic sites in India through internet service providers. It is right step towards enforcing law of the land. As per laws of India producing and distributing pornographic material is not allowed and anybody doing that is liable to criminal proceedings.

Some people are opposing this ban. I would like ask them the following questions:

  1. If production and distribution of Indian pornographic content is prohibited than why should foreign pornographic content be allowed?
  2. Why should there be two different laws in India one for Indian content and another for foreign content?

These porn sites are a financial burden on Indian economy because 70% of the expanse of Internet Service Providers of India is incurred on India to USA link which is majorly used for downloading pornographic content. If we ban pornographic content then usage of India to USA link will come down and Internet Service Providers will have to spend less on the link and this will save valuable foreign exchange for the country.

These pornographic sites are responsible for crime against women in India. In most of the cases of crime against women it was found that accused got inspiration of the crime from pornographic sites. Banning pornographic sites will see reduction in crime against women in India.

Kejriwal's Misadventure with Advertisements

For last one month Arvind Kejriwal government had been advertising aggressively about its achievements at cost of poor people of Delhi. Recently one person files a case against the advertisement on the ground that these advertisements are not talking about "Delhi Government" but talking about "Kejriwal Government". As a result of this Kejriwal Government was forced to remove these advertisements. Now question is why do court need to tell what is right and what is wrong to a CM who is supposed to be most knowledgeable person in India? Why did he not know it before court order?

Now BJP have started asking Kejriwal about wastage of 526 crore of public money on his personal advertisements. This money could very well be used on public welfare. Kejriwal's election promise was that he will not waste public money on personal welfare of ministers and use it for public welfare but now he is doing opposite of it. It is good that people have started questioning wrongs done by Kejriwal Government.

Shashi Tharoor's anti national tweet

Few days back I wrote about a good speech given by Shashi Tharoor in UK, but now he is back to nonsense he is known for. He is tweeting against hanging of terrorist Yakoob Memon. He is saying that hanging of Yakoob Memon will increase the terrorist attacks. This is a threat which terrorist always use to save their fellow terrorists. It is not true that terrorists are not afraid of death. Had Yakoob Memon not been afraid of death, he would have not files so many mercy petitions.

Yakoob Memon's Hanging

Today Yakoob Memon was hanged in Nagpur for his role in 1993 serial bomb blast in Mumbai. These explosions killed 257 people and leaving more than 700 injured. His hanging is a right step towards solving problem of terror attacks. Fear of death must be bought to the mind of people planning and executing the attack.

Some anti-national elements tried to question Yakoob's execution on very flimsy grounds; they filed mercy petitions and review petitions in Supreme Court. These petitions were rejected many times by Supreme Court and the president.

Many well-known people tried to question Supreme Court judgment and considered themselves above Supreme Court. One such person is Salman Khan who tweeted against hanging of Yakoob Memon. Salman Khan and other Muslim leaders tried to pull support for Yakoob Memon in the name of religion but when they got stiff opposition from nationalist forces, they retracted and now are saying that they respect Supreme Court judgment.

Some people are still continuing their protest against Yakoob's hanging and writing articles in leading news websites. I commented on these sites separately but it worth mentioning here also. These people who are writing this kind of article are paid by anti-national elements from outside India. These people are saying that Yakoob's hanging will deter people from surrendering to law. I would like to correct that Yakoob Memon did not surrender but was arrested in Nepal and bought to India. Anyway it makes no sense to hold a trial with a restriction that guilty should not be punished.

Till now in mind of terrorist and their masters are going that India will never kill terrorists because of fear of Muslim vote bank. But with Yakoob Memon's execution clear message will go to them that India can hang the terrorists. For the first time court was opened in night 3:30 AM to hear mercy plea of Yakoob Memon so that Yakoob's supporter were not able to use judicial procedure delays to save Yakoob.

Maharastra government and Central government in India did their job of upholding judicial sovereignty over the vote bank politics. Good job! Please keep it up.

Retirement age in news once again

Now a day I am hearing rumors that 7th CPC may recommend for reduce in age of retirement of CG Employees in two criteria. The retirement age as the completion of 33 years of service, or at the age of 60, whichever comes first.

This criterion looks unfair to me. Because if there one intelligent and capable employee joins the service at age of 21 and another less capable person joins the service at age of 27 because it took him 6 years more to reach to knowledge level required for service. Then both people will be allowed to serve for 33 years and it will kill merit. The intelligent and hardworking people will on disadvantage and dumb people will be having an edge over intelligent and competent people.

People are saying that why should government pay salary to one person more than 33 years. I would like to say that salary is being paid in return of service employee is rendering and not a favor. If we retire people at young age then our pension expenditure will increase. If we want to increase opportunities for young people then we can reduce retirement age from 60 to 58 years which will put incompetent staff on disadvantage and not put competent and hardworking staff on disadvantage.

Britain must pay reparations to India

One good speech of Shashi Tharoor. I was not expecting this from him. All things said by Shashi Tharoor are true and you can find more details in Lala Lajpat Rai's book England's Debt to India

You tube link to speech is https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f7CW7S0zxv4

Viewpoint: Britain must pay reparations to India

22 July 2015

At the end of May, the Oxford Union held a debate on the motion "This house believes Britain owes reparations to her former colonies". Speakers included former Conservative MP Sir Richard Ottaway, Indian politician and writer Shashi Tharoor and British historian John Mackenzie. Shashi Tharoor's argument in support of the motion, went viral in India after he tweeted it out from his personal account. The argument has found favour among Indians, where the subject of colonial exploitation remains a sore topic. Here he gives a summary of his views:

Indian economy

At the beginning of the 18th Century, India's share of the world economy was 23%, as large as all of Europe put together. By the time the British departed India, it had dropped to less than 4%.

The reason was simple: India was governed for the benefit of Britain. Britain's rise for 200 years was financed by its depredations in India.

By the end of the 19th Century, India was Britain's biggest cash-cow, the world's biggest purchaser of British exports and the source of highly paid employment for British civil servants - all at India's own expense. We literally paid for our own oppression.

De-industrialisation of India

Britain's Industrial Revolution was built on the de-industrialisation of India - the destruction of Indian textiles and their replacement by manufacturing in England, using Indian raw material and exporting the finished products back to India and the rest of the world.

The handloom weavers of Bengal had produced and exported some of the world's most desirable fabrics, especially cheap but fine muslins, some light as "woven air".

Britain's response was to cut off the thumbs of Bengali weavers, break their looms and impose duties and tariffs on Indian cloth, while flooding India and the world with cheaper fabric from the new satanic steam mills of Britain.

Weavers became beggars, manufacturing collapsed; the population of Dhaka, which was once the great centre of muslin production, fell by 90%.

So instead of a great exporter of finished products, India became an importer of British ones, while its share of world exports fell from 27% to 2%.

'Clive of India'

Colonialists like Robert Clive bought their "rotten boroughs" in England with the proceeds of their loot in India (loot, by the way, was a Hindi word they took into their dictionaries as well as their habits), while publicly marvelling at their own self-restraint in not stealing even more than they did.

And the British had the gall to call him "Clive of India", as if he belonged to the country, when all he really did was to ensure that much of the country belonged to him.

Bengal famine

As Britain ruthlessly exploited India, between 15 and 29 million Indians died tragically unnecessary deaths from starvation.

The last large-scale famine to take place in India was under British rule; none has taken place since, since free democracies don't let their people starve to death.

Some four million Bengalis died in the Great Bengal Famine of 1943 after Winston Churchill deliberately ordered the diversion of food from starving Indian civilians to well-supplied British soldiers and European stockpiles.

"The starvation of anyway underfed Bengalis is less serious than that of sturdy Greeks," he argued.

When officers of conscience pointed out in a telegram to the prime minister the scale of the tragedy caused by his decisions, Mr Churchill's only response was to ask peevishly "Why hasn't Gandhi died yet?"

Myth of 'enlightened despotism'

British imperialism had long justified itself with the pretence that it was enlightened despotism, conducted for the benefit of the governed. Mr Churchill's inhumane conduct in 1943 gave the lie to this myth.

Hundreds of people at a public meeting were shot dead by British troops at the Jallianwala Bagh

But it had been battered for two centuries already: British imperialism had triumphed not just by conquest and deception on a grand scale, but by blowing rebels to bits from the mouths of cannons, massacring unarmed protesters atJallianwala Bagh and upholding iniquity through institutionalised racism.

No Indian in the colonial era was ever allowed to feel British; he was always a subject, never a citizen.

Indian railways

'The railways were intended to help the British get around'

The construction of the Indian Railways is often pointed to as a benefit of British rule, ignoring the obvious fact that many countries have built railways without having to be colonised to do so.

Nor were the railways laid to serve the Indian public. They were intended to help the British get around, and above all to carry Indian raw materials to the ports to be shipped to Britain.

The movement of people was incidental except when it served colonial interests; no effort was made to ensure that supply matched demand for mass transport.

In fact the Indian Railways were a big British colonial scam.

British shareholders made absurd amounts of money by investing in the railways, where the government guaranteed extravagant returns on capital, paid for by Indian taxes.

Thanks to British rapacity, a mile of Indian railways cost double that of a mile in Canada and Australia.

It was a splendid racket for the British, who made all the profits, controlled the technology and supplied all the equipment, which meant once again that the benefits went out of India.

It was a scheme described at the time as "private enterprise at public risk". Private British enterprise, public Indian risk.

British aid

In recent years, even as the reparations debate has been growing louder, British politicians have in fact been wondering whether countries like India should even receive basic economic aid at the expense of the British taxpayer.

To begin with, the aid received is 0.4%, which is less than half of 1% of India's GDP.

British aid, which is far from the amounts a reparation debate would throw up, is only a fraction of India's fertiliser subsidy to farmers, which may be an appropriate metaphor for this argument.

Britons may see our love of cricket or the English language, or even parliamentary democracy, conjuring up memories of the Raj as in television series like Indian Summers, with Simla, and garden parties, and gentile Indians.

For many Indians, however, it is a history of loot, massacres, bloodshed, of the banishing of the last Mughal emperor on a bullock cart to Burma.

Indian soldiers in world wars

More than two million Indian soldiers participated in World War Two

India contributed more soldiers to British forces fighting the First World War than Australia, Canada, New Zealand and South Africa combined.

Despite suffering recession, poverty and an influenza epidemic, India's contributions in cash and materiel amount to £8bn ($12bn) in today's money.

Two and a half million Indians also fought for British forces in the Second World War, by the end of which £1.25bn of Britain's total £3bn war debt was owed to India, which was merely the tip of the iceberg that was colonial exploitation.

It still hasn't been paid.

'Return the Koh-i-Noor diamond'

'Maybe Britain could kindly return the Koh-i-Noor diamond'

What's important is not the quantum of reparations that Britain should pay, but the principle of atonement.

Two hundred years of injustice cannot be compensated for with any specific amount.

I, for one, would be happy to accept a symbolic pound a year for the next two hundred years, as a token of apology.

And maybe Britain could kindly return the Koh-i-Noor diamond to the country it was taken from!

Delhi Government is interested in publicity and not in welfare of the people

Now a day I am seeing Delhi Government's advertisements praising Arvind Kejriwal and accusing central government of putting hindrance to their so called great work. But actually a lot of public money is being wasted in these advertisements instead of being used for welfare of the people.

Government need to have some publicity budget to make people aware of schemes launched for welfare of the people so that people can avail those schemes but Kejriwal Government is not using publicity budget for that purpose. It is using publicity budget for putting political advertisements.

One classic case of Kejriwal Government's insensitivity towards people is that it put big hording saying that Delhi Government will take guarantee of educational loan's up to 10 lakhs for the students. It was a political advertisement because never on the advertisement was mentioned where to apply for the educational loan guarantee. Today is 16th July 2015 and admissions for most of the collages are over and I have not seen even a single advertisement giving details of scheme and procedure for applying for the scheme. It is because government is not interested in people welfare but publicity. I will be surprised if someone say that even a single student got educational loan guarantee from Delhi Government.

It is more than one year of Kejriwal Government in power and not even a single new government school has been opened in Delhi.

Delhi Government has increased the publicity budget from 23.7 crore rupee to 526 crore rupee. It is an increase of 21 times. This much money was not wasted by previous government. It is an unprecedented increase in wastage of public money and it must be stopped.

Ajay Makan of Congress party took a right step by going to court against misuse of public fund by Kejriwal Government.

"The AAP government had increased their ad budget in a decision taken on June 25. The figure of Rs 526 crore is 21 times more than the previous budgetary allocation of Rs 23.7 crore in the year 2014-15," the plea added.

"This unprecedented expansion of Rs 500 crore in the publicity budget could have been well spent by Respondent No. 2 (Delhi Government) for building -- 100 schools (building cost of one school being Rs 5 crore approx.), purchasing 1,000 DTC buses (cost of one bus being Rs 50 lakh approx), building 10,000 flats for the EWS category (cost of 1 EWS category flat being Rs 5 Lakhs approx.) and other public welfare and development purposes," the plea said.

Kejriwal Government's Budget

Few days back I saw a full page advertisement in a leading English daily about Delhi Governments achievements till now. This advertisement started with saying "They kept bothering us but we kept working". This comment was about Central Government that too in an official advertisement of government on government. These kinds of things are not done even by Tamilnadu government where political parties keep cribbing about step motherly treatment given to Tamilnadu. These kinds of comments must be kept out of government's official communication.

As per Delhi Government advertisement government is planning to open 232 new schools and recruit 20,000 new teachers to provide education to children of Delhi. Some people are saying that, “what is purpose of opening new school when situation of schools are not good”. I would like say that is 20 lakh children of Delhi need education then Government can't provide quality education to 10 lakh people and leave 10 lakh children uneducated. Government need to provide education to all 20 lakh children, if not quality education then poor education but for everyone, should be government's aim. For this Delhi government have doubled education fund. This is a really good step if Kejriwal Government really wants to do it.

As for the people who are questioning government's decision to open new school, these people are worried that government will increase tax on them for providing education to poor people. These people don't want to give even a single rupee for welfare of the poor and object to government's every step of poor people's welfare in one pretext or other. These people should be ignored by government.

Kejriwal Government appointed AAP members as staff in Delhi Government

Today Delhi Government admitted that it appointed AAP members on huge salary as private staff in Delhi Government. These people are being paid between 60,000 and 1.5 lakhs a month. These people are neither elected representatives of the people nor they are appointed on the basis of test of merit conducted by a government authorities. These kinds of appointments are unethical and should be illegal in Indian law.

Arvind Kejriwal came to power with promise of an ethical government but is now indulging in every unethical practice which he can afford. He wants to put his pet people in key posts even if they are not qualified for that or not. If a CM needs personal staff to help him then he should choose them from a pool of qualified pool of IAS official and not from unqualified workers of his political party.

Arvind Kejriwal had been speaking against unqualified people being elected to Assembly and Parliament but now he is putting unqualified people in post which are exclusively of qualified people. This is not right.

Most shocking is case of appointing a driver who does not have a driving license and have not passed 10th class. Was he most qualified and deserving candidate in whole Delhi to be appointed as diver? I know many people with a valid driving license and with 10th class certificate who are willing to do CM's driver's job. Why could CM not find any such person in Delhi?

AAP members appointed as personal staff in Delhi govt

NEW DELHI: The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has appointed party members as staff in the Delhi government and are getting benefits such as official house and cars, the party admitted on Tuesday. The government admitted in the state assembly that house has been allotted to Bibhav Kumar, private secretary to CM and Aswathi Muralidharan, joint secretary to CM, in the reply to questions asked by BJP MLA OP Sharma.

The government also disclosed that the salary of those appointed as staff is equivalent to senior IAS officers.

“Everything has been done as per the rule and there is nothing illegal about it,” a Delhi government spokesperson said.

Few AAP members have been appointed as private secretaries to ministers. The staff is paid between ` 60,000 and ` 1.15 lakh a month. The Opposition raised question on giving house to party volunteers. Of the 81 sanctioned posts, 21 are in the chief minister’s office while every minister can hire 10 staff.

According to the reply submitted in the assembly, the government has given exemptions to few staff as they were not meeting the criteria. “Driver Mahesh Kumar has been given time of three months and one year to get light motor vehicle commercial license and class 10th certificate respectively,” the reply said.

Why should government spend money on IITs?

Recently I read an article by Jeswanth Padooru ( http://scroll.in/article/715918/dear-smriti-irani-stop-giving-my-money-to-iitians ) which talks about tax payers money being wasted on education of engineers in IITs where these engineers don't contribute to India after being educated on tax payers money. Author wants government to stop spending money on IITs and ask students to take educational loans and pay the fee. The argument has started with IITs and once author force government to discontinue grants to IITs he will question grants given to smaller collages also because these people can also take loan and income tax for author can be reduced. Once government stops giving grants to collages author will ask government to stop grants to government schools and ask them to get higher fee from students because they will be earning money because of the education they are getting in school.

I have studied right from class first to my B.E. on government subsidy. I did my B.E. in Electronics and Communications from Netaji Shubas Institute of Technology, Delhi. I joined college in 1995 and fee was highly subsidized and whole admission fee was about 6000 rupee and my father could not afford that and he had to borrow money from someone to pay my admission fee. The semester fee was 1600 rupee for semester starting in June and 600 for semester starting in January. I passed out in 1999 and I have been working in India since then. It is 15 years now and I have paid more than 30 Lakhs as income tax to government. So government gets paid back for the subsidized education to students in India.

I did not make it to IIT in my first attempt and decided not to go for second attempt because IIT was charging 20,000 per year as fee and my father could not afford that. Even if I would have qualified for IIT in my first attempt I would have to drop out because my father could not afford it.

Now I come to point of Educational Loans. Author of the article says that it takes 3.4 Lakh per year to educate a student and students are paying only 90,000 out of that and 2.5 Lakhs are borne by the government. Students should be asked to take an educational loan and pay whole 3.4 Lakh per year and repay the loan after getting a job. This amount does not include hostel expanses which will also come to 60,000 per year. So for a 4 year B. Tech. course student will have to take loan of 16 Lakh for his education. Educational loans are not approved as easily said. There is a lot of corruption and Red Tapism which people need to face while taking educational loan. You see one advertisement in newspaper from a bank that they are giving a loan up to 20 Lakh without collateral and assume that any student can walk into any branch of the bank with his exam result and walk out of the bank with a 20 Lakhs loan approved. The real situation is not that good. The amount of 90,000 rupee per year as fee is not a small amount that a poor student can pay without taking a loan. We assume that getting an education loan is as easy as opening a bank account. So I think 95% of people studying in IIT should be having a educational loan. But getting an educational loan is a tough task and that is why only 1% of people studying in IITs are having educational loan. Poor people have already stopped preparing of IIT because they can't afford the fee and getting an educational loan is next to impossible.

I would like to talk about my personal experience with educational loan and scholarships being offered to needy students. When I joined my collage there was a big advertisement in a leading English newspaper where a trust was offering scholarship and loan to needy students and I applied for it. They were offering assistance for paying collage fee and buying books. I requested for 1600 rupee for collage fee and 2000 rupee for buying books. Can you imagine how much money did they give me? I don't think that you will be able to guess it so I give you the answer. They sent a cheque of 90 rupee to my collage. I spent more than 90 rupee for paper work which I had to do for getting this big help.

The current fee of 90,000 rupee per year is already high and has already driven poor students out of the IITs. So I don't mind if fee is increased futher to 3.4 Lakh rupee because rich people can pay that much also. I would be happy to see the day when some study will show that more than 80% of students studying in IITs are having educational loan and saying that getting educational loan was easy.

Maximum rate of Interest allowed in India

Matter of taking money on loan and repaying with interest is a normal practice in India and also in rest of the world. But rate of interest plays very important role in deciding if deal is fair or not. If debtor refuses to pay the loan then we feel that court need to direct police to make debtor repay the loan but at the same time think that if debtor feel that he is being charged exorbitant interest then court should not interfere in deal of two persons entered by their own wish. Why should government interfere if debtor refuses to repay the loan and keep silent when creditor is exploiting the debtor?

Government need to protect both creditor and debtor. The government needs to make sure that debtors repay their loans and at the same time fix a maximum rate of interest which can be charged to debtor so that debtors are not exploited. In India various state governments have enacted laws to regulate maximum rate of interest but still very few people are aware of existence of such regulation and current maximum rate of interest allowed by law. Here I would like to discuss various laws governing loans and interests in India.

THE USURIOUS LOANS ACT, 1918 declared that no farmer - debtor was liable to pay by way of interest an amount exceeding principal of the loan.

It means that no person can be forced to pay interest more than principal over the full tenure of the loan.

Karnataka and Kerala states have enacted their own laws to govern maximum rate of interest allowed. Other states also have similar laws.  These acts says that maximum rate of interest will be notified by government from time to time but our people sitting in media are themselves involved in business of giving loans on exorbitant interest so they never report maximum rate of interest allowed as per law. As per latest information received by me maximum rate of interests allowed is 2% per month.

Origion of Female foeticide in India

Now a day media is portraying Indian society in wrong light by saying that in India and particularly rural India it their culture to kill new born female child. It is totally untrue. In fact no one ever kill their daughter in a history of last 2000 years. It is a false propaganda done against Indian society.

The problem of decline of female population started in 1975 when Sanjay Gandhi started population control program and abortion which mean killing the unborn baby was projected as a very acceptable way of population control and people going for abortion were rewarded cash prize for getting their child aborted. Any people who said that killing their unborn child was a sin was termed a backward and illiterate.

It was projected that unborn child was not alive in first 3 months of pregnancy and getting the child aborted in first three months months is not a sin and should be encouraged. When this thinking started setting into mind of general public the inhibition against killing unborn babies went away. When the invention of determining sex of unborn baby came in market people started using it. The inhibition of killing unborn babies was already removed by government's aggressive campaigning in favor of abortion. The people who did not want a girl child because they already had a girl child or otherwise, started using sex determination test and abortion for killing unborn girls.

The problem of decreasing female population was created by government's aggressive campaign in favor of abortion. The problem still does not exist in rural India which is out of reach of government’s campaigns. The problem exists in educated people who are influenced by government advertisements.

The solution to this problem lies in understanding the root cause of the problem. The root cause is that people don't feel anything bad in killing their unborn babies and this thinking was created by government's campaign. This campaign is still continuing. This is only aggravating the problem and not solving anything.

People's bias toward Mayavati v/s Akhilesh Yadav

For last one month I am seeing 8 LCD screens 4 on each pillar at UP Gate on NH-24. Each LCD must have costed 50,000 rupee so money spent on these LCD screen is at least 4 Lakhs. These LCD screens are being used to show UP's CM Akhilesh Yadav's photo. Mayavati on the other hand constructed her status at some places in UP.

In last one month I have not heard even a single person calling Akhilesh Yadav self-centered and criticizing waste of money by Akhilesh Yadav. I know people who used to take out at least half an hour daily to criticize Mayavati for her self-centered attitude and waste of money on statues (not only Mayavati's but B. R. Ambedkar also). These people are surprisingly silent about waste of money by Akhilesh Yadav. Does it have something to do with fact that Mayavati is a Dalit and Akhilesh Yadav is an Upper caste? I think that caste of Akhilesh Yadav and Mayavati and people's reaction are related. If it is so then why should I expect Dalit's not have bias towards Mayavati when upper caste people are having bias against Mayavati?

Mandir and Amir Khan's followers

Yesterday some people came to my house to give invitation of Maha Shivratri festival celebration in our society temple. I was very happy to see that Maha Shivrati is being celebrated in our society temple. I also contributed 500 rupee for the celebration expanses. Some Amir Khan's followers who have watched his movie PK says that I should not be going to temple and should not contribute for temple expanses. I don't care if Amir Khan's followers call me a villain for contributing for temple expenses. I feel that God have given me everything which I have in my life and I should be more than happy to offer something out of so many things received from God for service of God. I have very high respect for the people going door to door and inviting people for celebration and collecting funds for the celebration. I myself can't do that but at least contribute by making monitory contribution.

BJP's humiliating defeat in Delhi Elections

Yesterday Delhi Assembly Election's results were announced and BJP faced a humiliating defeat by winning only 3 seats out of 70 seats. Aam Admi Party secured a win by winning 67 seats out of 70 seats. Aam Admi Party's win is being celebrated in Pakistan more than it is being celebrated, I don't understand why Pakistani people are so happy about corruption being removed from India? Anyway I don't want to discuss that in this post.

What I want to discuss in this post is reason of BJP's humiliating defeat. I have observed over last 9 months of Modi's rule is that media is trying to project that BJP and India is created by Narender Modi and BJP exist because of Narender Modi. I don't know if it is being done on instruction of Narender Modi or at instruction of opponents of BJP. All congress leaders who used to say that they are not opposed to BJP but opposed to Narender Modi are now saying that they support Narender Modi and opposes BJP. These kinds of statements are taken to heart by Narender Modi and he has started thinking that BJP exist because of him and he started neglecting BJP workers and other BJP leaders.

The truth is other way around. Narender Modi is because of BJP and BJP is not because of Narender Modi. Narender Modi was made Prime Minister because of over one crore party workers of the BJP who have a common ideology, a common belief in values. Modi was chosen a leader because he strongly identified with common ideology of the BJP party.

Now Narender Modi  is behaving in high headed manner and neglected Delhi's local party workers and local leaders in assembly polls. Popular leaders like Harshverdhan were marginalized and an external person Kiran Bedi was projected as CM candidate. This thing did not get well with BJP workers and BJP worker felt insulted and demoralized. Narender Modi thought that he is the one who is winning election for BJP and he can put anybody as CM and people will vote for him. Narender Modi repeated same mistake which was done by Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Atal Bihari Vajpayee in height of his arrogance removed Kalyan Singh the popular CM of Uttar Pradesh and replaced him with his sycophant Lalji Tandon because he think that people will accept whoever Vajpayee will put. Now you know that BJP have not come to power for 20 years in UP.

I hope that after this humiliating defeat Narender Modi will get back to scenes and realize his mistake instead of blaming others. Today what I am seeing that on facebook people gone ahead to the extent of blaming public of Delhi and not ready to talk about real reason of BJP's defeat that is arrogance of Narender Modi.
