People started criticizing Akshay again because he donated 2 crore rupee for flood relief

Yesterday I heard people criticizing Akshay Kumar after 3 and a half years. Last time I heard people criticizing Akshay Kumar (The film star) was 3 and half years back when he donated 90 Lakhs for drought relief work. That time people started blaming him for tax evasion and said that he is trying to hide his black money for donating money for drought relief. They said that we should take inspiration from honest people like Salman Khan and Amir Khan who has not donated even a single rupee for drought relief and not from corrupt people like Akshay Kumar.

For last 3 years people have been praising Akshay Kumar for great moves he make. I was surprised to hear people criticizing Akshay Kumar for black money he has accumulated and how bad person he is. I did not know the reason for this backlash against him. Today morning when I read the newspaper I found out the reason. Today's news paper reads "Akshay Kumar donates 2 crore rupee for flood relief". Today I am working for a different  company and has different colleagues but reaction is same. The only common thing between people 3 and half years back and today is the both groups hold B. Tech. degrees. I thank god that this country is run by Chaiwala and not by an Engineer.

Below is link to my post 3 and a half year back:

Destruction of education system in Delhi by Kejriwal government

From the time Kejriwal promised free WiFi to rich smartphone uses I have heard B.Tech. engineers going GaGa about Kejriwal Government's achievements in terms of reducing corruptions and revolutionizing  education system. I keep receiving messages that in Delhi people have stopped sending their children to private schools and are sending them to government schools. When I looked at these messages I thought that definitely number of students in government schools must have doubled because of the great work Kejriwal is doing but as per latest numbers provided by Delhi government number of students in Delhi government schools has declined by around 4 thousand compared to 7 year old benchmark. and number of students in private schools has increased by 4.8 Lakhs. The decline compared to 4 year old benchmark before Kejriwal Government is not provided because that would have worse. These numbers can open eyes of any normal person but can't open eyes of these B. Tech. people who are blinded by promise of free WiFi..

Below are news in news paper on which my comment is based:

While the number of students in private schools has risen since 2011, with 18.61 lakh students enrolled during 2018-19 session, the numbers have dipped in Delhi government and MCD schools.

In 2011-2012, the number of students enrolled in schools run and aided by Delhi government was 16.53 lakh. As of 2018-2019, the number stood at 16.48 lakh.

Drop in Delhi govt school enrolment because of fewer MCD schools

NEWDELHI: Explaining the reduction in enrolments to Delhi government schools between 2013-2014 and 2017-2018, the Delhi government said it could be because of mushrooming of private schools and drop in number of municipal corporation schools.

In Delhi, MCD schools hold classes for students up to class 5 after which they must seek admission in government-run or private schools. While the total number of children in MCD schools is around 44 lakh, of these only 34% are enrolled in Delhi government schools.

“Between 2011 and 2019, the number of private schools increased by 630, government run schools increased marginally (50) and MCD schools decreased by 86,” the government stated on Thursday, adding that in this time, the number of students enrolled in private schools increased by 4.8 lakh whereas students enrolled in MCD schools decreased by 2.5 lakh.

“Delhi’s government schools get its students from MCD schools. If there are fewer students there, enrolment in government schools will also go down,” a government official said.

Delhi government allocates 100 crore rupee to provide free Wi-Fi to rich smart phone users

Today Delhi government lead by a B. Tech. from IIT Arvind Kejriwal announced that it has allocated 100 crore rupee for providing free Wi-Fi to rich smart phone users. All so called educated and intelligent people have welcomed this progressive step by government. These are same people who criticized central government scheme of providing help of 6000 rupee to poor farmers saying that this kind of free money will pull India backward. These people objected to idea of providing free books to class 6 to 12 students of government schools because these kind of free perks will encourage students not to hard work and get everything for free. That is why Delhi government has not allocated even a single rupee for providing free books to class 6 to 12 students of government schools.

Whenever government provide anything free to poor people it is condemned by so called intelligent people flashing their B. Tech. degrees. But when government allocates 100 crore rupee to provide free WiFi to rich people it is welcomed by these people. When Delhi Government  don't have money to provide free books to students then how come it has money to provide free WiFi to rich smart phone users?

Will any of these intelligent people flashing their B. Tech. degrees ask Arvind Kejriwal to cancel allocation of 100 crore for WiFi and provide free books to students?

In Bengal Schools are forcing students to write anti Hindu essays

Today I read the following news in news paper which says that students of Bengal are forced to write anti Hindu essays in exam. It is not not just an exam question which was printed by mistake but 100 discussions which have happened in the classroom where teachers have given anti Hindu sermons which were given to students. Why no one speak against this Islaminization of education?

In Bengal school exam, question on ‘harmful effect of ‘Jai Shri Ram’ slogan

The Bengali language paper of Akna Union High School in Hooghly district asked class 10 students to write how the Jai Shri Ram slogan was generating adverse effects in society and how the return of ‘cut money’ was benefiting people.

The ‘Jai Shri Ram’ slogan and ‘cut money’ that became key issues in the Lok Sabha elections earlier this year and have since rocked Bengal politics found their way into a question paper of a school.
The Bengali language paper of Akna Union High School in Hooghly district, 55km from Kolkata, asked class 10 students to write how the Jai Shri Ram slogan was generating adverse effects in society and how the return of ‘cut money’ was benefiting people.
The students, in the exam held on August 5, were asked to write a ‘report for a newspaper’ on any one of the two – ‘harmful effects on the society of chanting Jai Shri Ram’ or on the ‘bold step of the government to stop corruption by returning cut money.’
The reference was obviously to the BJP workers shouting Jai Shri Ram slogans during election rallies and later greeting Chief minister Mamata Banerjee with the chants wherever she went prompting her to declare that her party would counter BJP’s slogan with the Jai Hind and Jai Bangla slogans.
The ‘cut money’ is a reference to Mamata Banerjee asking those who embezzled funds from government welfare schemes through ‘cut money’ (commission) to return it to the original beneficiaries. BJP leaders, through the Lok Sabha election campaign, had often referred to ‘tolabazi tax’ to refer to this commission
“No one has lodged any complaint but we took steps on our own. We decided to cancel the question. If anyone attempted to answer it, the student would be given full marks,” said headmaster Rohit Pyne. “Subhasish Ghosh, the Bengali teacher who set the question paper has apologised,” added Pyne.
BJP leaders lashed out at both the school authorities and the ruling Trinamool Congress. “It is clear that the school authorities have taken up the responsibility of beating the drum for Trinamool Congress. They accuse us of saffronising education, but now the people of the state should see what they are doing. The teachers have become slaves of the ruling party. I don’t have words strong enough to condemn it,” said Subir Nag, president of Hooghly district organisational unit of the BJP.
Nag also pointed out how in early 2017, the movement of returning the land of the Tata Motors plant in Singur led by TMC chief Mamata Banerjee was made a part of the class 8 history books in the state. Six pages of the 10-page chapter entitled “Jamin Jal Jangal: Jiban Jibikar Adhikar O Ganaandolan” were devoted to Mamata Banerjee’s Singur movement.
Though senior TMC leaders chose not to respond on the question controversy, Gopal Roy, the karmadhyakha (official in charge) of education in the Hooghly Zilla Parishad (district council) said, “Current topics are chosen to ask students to write reports for a newspaper. An individual is entitled to have an opinion on the subject. Therefore, there is no room for controversy. But now a section of the people is trying to take the opportunity to stir controversy.”
However, Nirmal Ghosh, the deputy chief of Akna gram panchayat, who is also a local TMC leader said, “Such a political question would create confusion in the minds of the students.”
Incidentally, the question carried an error. The state government did not ask for the return of cut money. Banerjee made the appeal at a party programme (where mainly councillors of the party in the state’s civic bodies were present) and the administrative machinery was not involved in it.

Article 370 removed from constitution

This Monday central government removed article 370 of the constitution which gave special privileges to Jammu and Kashmir. Along with that Ladakh has been recognized as an Union territory.  Jammu and Kashmir is also converted to an Union territory with its own legislature. It will prevent Muslim majority of Kashmir exploiting people of Ladakh. People of Ladakh were being exploited by people of Kashmir using privileges provided under article 370. People of Ladakh are also citizen of India and it is our responsibility to make sure that they are not exploited. But unfortunately Congress government at center never did it. Instead they supported Muslims in exploiting Hindus and Buddhist by providing more assembly seats in Kashmir than they should be provided considering area it occupies and population it has. On the other hand Ladhakh and Jammu were provided less assembly seats than they deserved considering area and population they have.

Revocation of article is a welcome  step. Some coward people are suggesting that terrorist attacks will increase because of this revocation of article 370. I would like to remind them that mass killing of Kashmiri Hindus happened when article 370 was in place still those attacks happened. Some people warned America that killing of Osama Bin Laden will provoke terrorist attacks against America but America still did it and terrorist attacks did not happen. If you are week and keep surrendering to  unfair demand of enemy with threat of terrorist attack then you will end up surrendering whole India  to terrorists and end up being a refugee in Myanmar.

Some peoples are saying that Supreme Court can cancel this revocation of article 370. I would like to remind that introduction of our constitution reads "We the people of India give ourselves this constitution" and not "I Jawahar Lal Nehru with approval of queen Victoria give India this constitution". If we people of India can give ourselves first constitution then we people of India can give ourselves second constitution also where Supreme Court will no longer be supreme. So Supreme court better be within its limit and not interfere in working of parliament.

Jai Hind.

Why article 15 applies only to Hindus?

Today I a writing about movie article 15. This movie is being projected a well researched work on violation of right of equality granted by our constitution. I watched the trailer of 176 seconds and surprisingly not even a second was related to any religion other than Hinduism. Why article 15 applies only to Hindus and not Muslims?

In Muslims there is more discrimination than Hinduism. Upper cast Muslims don't even allow lower cast Muslim's dead body buried in their graveyard. Muslims deny this fact. Hindus refuse to talk about it. Read the below link to know more about it.

https://www.rediff.com/news/2003/mar/06bihar.htm
https://booksandideas.net/Muslim-Castes-in-India.html

It is not true that social discrimination exist only in Hindus. Everyone keep talking about negative things in Hindus and that too exaggerated. I see Muslims talking about negative things in Hinduism. I never saw any Muslim talking about negative things in Islam. I see Hindus talking about negative things in Hinduism but when I ask these Hindus to talk about same things in Islam they not just keep quite but fight with me saying that I am trying to malign Islam.

Why do these Hindus do it? I have analyzed their behavior and found that they are doing it for their selfish need which are as pity as getting a plate of Biryani  from some of their Muslim colleague, or getting an opportunity to talk to a beautiful Muslim girl on facebook. We Hindus have sold our soul for such pity things. We don't have courage to stand for right things because either we are afraid of loosing something which we have or we want to gain something as small as a plate of Biryani by supporting wrong things.

I have many shameless friends who says that they are ready to convert to Islam if a beautiful Muslim girl is ready to marry them in return. Why don't I have any friend who says that he is ready to marry an not so beautiful Muslim girl if she is ready to convert to Hinduism in return of that?

Around two year back one of my Hindu friend was campaigning against building Shivaji's memorial at government expanse because he thought that this money should have been used for educating children. When I sent him a link that thousonds crore rupee were spent in celebrating Teepu Sultan's Birthday then he did not have guts to say that this money could have been used for educating children because by saying that he will loose a plate of free Briyani from one of his Muslim colleague.

Around one year back some of my Hindu friend was protesting against government spending money on constructing bhagwan Ram's statue in Ayodhya. They were saying that this money should have been used in running schools and hospitals. When I told them government is renovating Rahimdas's tomb at government expanse. Why did they not protest against that. Then they accused  me of propagating false information to justify wastage of government money on propagating Hinduism. They said no such thing is happening. Had it been happening they must have known that because they read news everyday. They have be accusing me of spreading false information for 4 months till now. 2 days back I got a news link to prove that what I said is a hard fact. Link is given below:

Why so called liberal educated Hindu's sell their soul for a plate of free Briyani why don't they try to win over a Muslim by 1Kg Laddoo?

Shameless decision of Supreme Court

Yesterday Supreme court delivered a Shameless decision of reducing sentence of accused of Acid attack on a girl and increasing compensation to girl by accused to 1.5 Lakh. The judge gave a clear signal that punishment of any accused can be reduced by paying 1.5 Lakh to victim and 15 Lakhs as bribe to the judge. Along with this judgement this judge shamelessly said that acid attackers deserve a strict punishment.

How come reducing punishment from 10 years to 5 years and increasing fine to 1.5 Lakh is a strict punishment? I thank god that India's politicians are not as shameless and corrupt as Supreme court judges.

Acid attacker doesn’t deserve clemency: SC

NEWDELHI: Terming acid attack an “uncivilised” and “heartless” crime, the Supreme Court has ordered two convicts to pay ₹1.5 lakh each to the survivor, saying they deserve no leniency.

The survivor, then 19 years old, was going to college when the duo threw acid at her in Shimla on July 12, 2004.

The incident was reported by a resident of a locality in Shimla after he noticed the survivor crying and later jumping into a nearby water tank. She was taken to a hospital where she was diagnosed with 16% burns.

A bench led by Justice AM Khanwilkar delivered its order on Friday while deciding the Himachal Pradesh government’s appeal against the state high court verdict reducing the quantum of punishment from 10 to 5 years. The trial court had sentenced the accused to 10 years of rigorous imprisonment and ordered them to pay ₹5,000 as fine. The trial court found the two guilty of attempt to murder.

However, the HC observed that the incident was of a case of voluntarily causing grievous hurt by use of acid and sentenced the two to five years in jail. The fine amount was increased to ₹25,000 each. In its decision on the appeal, the court did not alter the punishment but enhanced the compensation amount observing that it would bring some “solace to the victim for the sufferings”.

“A crime of this nature does not deserve any kind of clemency. This court cannot be oblivious of the situation that the victim must have suffered an emotional distress which cannot be compensated either by sentencing the accused or by grant of any compensation,” the court noted.

“Indeed, it cannot be ruled out that in the present case the victim had suffered an uncivilised and heartless crime committed by the respondents and there is no room for leniency... ,” said the court.

Reservation for Economically weaker section in India

Last week parliament of India passed a constitution amendment allowing government of India to reserve seats in government jobs and educational institutions for people not eligible for cast based reservation based on their economical condition. For this maximum quota for reservation is increased to 60% from existing cap of 50% imposed by supreme court for cast based reservation.

The people who were advocating for removal of cast based reservation and providing poverty based reservation. Now suddenly those people have started opposing economic condition based reservation on ground that it should be below 50%. These people who don't qualify for poverty based reservation want 50% seats for them. Let us see what is is their population.

20% of the entire population in India belong to the Schedule castes. This means that nearly 26 crore people in India belong to SC community. That's why they are given 15% reservation in government sector.

9% of the entire population belongs to Scheduled Tribes. This means they are nearly 11.7 crore in population. They are provided with 7.5% reservation in government sector.

41% of the entire population belongs to Other backward Caste. This means that they are nearly 53.3 crore in population. 27% reservation is provided to them in government sector.

At last remaining 30% are general category people being 39 crore out of the whole.

Now 15% of general category is given reservation of 10%.

So population of rich general class is just 15%. 40% of unreserved seats are available for these 15% rich general class candidates but they are not happy with it. I don't see any reasonable justification for their unhappiness.

Only explanation for their unhappiness is that greed increase with profit. These 15% people were capturing 50% of the posts by using their money but now they will be able to capture only 40% seats. If equal opportunities are provided to every one then every group of 15% population will have 15% representation in government jobs. But 15% rich general cast is having 50% representation which does not look fair. If government has capped their representation to 40% then I don't see anything wrong in that.

Now a days I am getting lots of messages regarding ST topper's marks being less than lowest unreserved category qualifying candidate for IAS exam. But surprisingly marks of OBC topper and SC topper are missing that message. I don't think it is just a co-incidence. Their marks were left out deliberately because their marks were more than lowest qualifying candidate's marks in IAS exam.

As per advocates of removal of reservation system money does not matter and just attitude matters. Now let us see how much marks lowest qualifying candidate in EWS category scores in IAS exam compared to OBC, SC and ST category toppers. I also want to see how much marks EWS topper gets compared to OBC, SC and ST toppers.

I don't any reason to believe that it is unfair for 85% of Indian to have 60% seats available to them.

I think cap of economically weaker section should be decided based on salary of the job applied. I think for a job of peon with salary 20,000 per month income limit should be 2 lakhs per year and for job of a IAS officer whose salary is 1 lakh per month income limit should be 12 lakh per year rather than being flat 8 Lakhs for all category of jobs.
