Arvind Kejriwal opposes police action on people selling Beef

Yesterday Delhi Police raided Kerala House on complain that Beef is being served in the canteen. As per laws of Delhi production, storage, selling and consumption of Beef is not allowed in Delhi. If Delhi Police gets a complain that law is being violated by some influential MPs in Kerala house, it was duty of Delhi Police to take action against people violating law and Delhi Police did the same with full efficiency.

But Arvind Kejriwal (chief minister of Delhi) did not like that and wanted Delhi Police allow violation of the law by the influential. If Arvind Kejriwal think that eating Beef should be allowed then he should amend the law instead of asking police to ignore violation of law. Allowing Beef will create law and order problem which will be difficult to control. What people eat is not always personal matter but government can restrict that for example eating meat of lion and tigers is banned in India. Is it not violation of right of freedom? If government can ban meat of lion and tiger then why can't government ban beef?

Worshipers of Ravana

Now a day I am hearing that some people have started worshiping Ravana because they claim that Ravana was a learned man. I would like to put some facts from the books and information I received from my ancestors and also my personal experience.

Only north Indian Brahmins worship Ravana and not south Indian
I belong to a village in western Uttar Pradesh and my family is settled in Delhi. In my childhood I heard stories from Brahmins that Ravana was a great man and south Indian people worship Ravana and not Ram. Latter on I happened to work in south India and found that south Indian people worship Ram more than north Indians do. So why north Indian Brahmins are spreading a lie about south India? The answer is that they love Ravana because he was a north Indian Brahmin. Ravana's father Visarva married a south Indian girl and Ravana was born to her. North Indian brahmins are unable to accept a Kshariya who killed a wrong doing Brahmin as God. Despite it being a well-known fact that Ravana was a bad son, as bad brother, a bad husband, a bad father, a bad king and biggest sinner of all time. Brahmin's are not ready to accept Ravana as a bad man and Ram as God because he killed Ravana, therefore they are spreading stories that Ravana is respected by south Indian's and Shri Lankan people and north Indian people (north Indian non brahmin people) should also stop worshiping Ram and start worshiping Ravana. This is height of castist mentality of of Brahmins that they are ready to defend Ravana because he was born in a Brahmin family. You can imagine how much they will support present day sinners who are Brahmins.

Ravana was not called Dashanan when Tulsidas was writing Ramcharitmanas
Now a days Ravana is called Dashanan (One having ten heads) to honor his so called intelligence. I would like to tell you that at least till 15th century Ravana was not referred as Dashanan because Tulsidas, the author of Ramcharitmanas, used Dashanan for referring to bhagwan Shiv. I remember reading episode of union of Bharat and  Ram in Chtarkoot from Ramcharitmanas in my hindi book and was surprised to read that Kakayi took oath of Dashanan and plead to Ram to return to Ayodhya. I asked my teacher why Kakayi is taking oath of Ravana. My teacher answered that when Tulsidas was writing Ramcharitmanas Ravana was not called Dashnan but bhagwan Shiv was called Dashanan and Kakayi is taking oath of bhagwan Shiv to plead to Ram to return back to Ayodhya. Ravana was started being called Dashanan after Britishers came to India. It was attempt to make Ravana as a god because we Hindu believe that gods have multiple heads and more than two hands. But non Brahmin Hindus never accepted Ravana as god despite news being spread that he had ten heads. People believed that Ram with one head is God and Ravana can't be a god despite having ten heads.

Ravana was a coward with no self-respect
Ravana captured Lanka with help of Kumbhkarana and Vibhishana from his half-brother Kuber. Kuber had a soft corner for Ravana because he was his half-brother (person having same father but different mother). Kuber did not resist with his full force when Ravana attacked Lanka. Ravana did not love his brothers and for him they were just tools for fulfilling his selfish needs. Ravana was a characterless person who used to kidnap girls from his own territory and outside his territory. He appointed his ministers not on merit but based on how many beautiful girls they get for Ravana. No girl was safe in Lanka and Ravana was protecting rapists. Lanka was becoming week because talented and dedicated people of Lanka were being neglected and characterless sycophants were being promoted.

Supnakha was also a characterless woman just like his brother. She once saw Ram and proposed him not for marriage but for extra marital sex which Ram refused. Now a days when Ramayana is told in Mandirs were even children are listening, the person telling Ramayana can't tell the truth and say that she proposed Ram for marriage but we should understand the real truth. Shupnakha took same proposal of extra merrital sex to Lakshmana after refusal from Ram, Lakshmana also refused her proposal. After that Supnakha tried to kill Sita, seeing that Lakshmana put his sword between Shupnakha and Sita and by chance Supnakha's nose got cut. It was not intentional but just to save Sita. Ravana Bhakat brahmins say that Ram cut Supnakha's nose intentionally but it is not true.

Supnakha went to Khar and Dushan to take her revenge. Khar and Dushan were brave and not coward like Ravana so they went ahead and attacked Ram with their military strength. Ram being a good brother did not send his brother to fight with enemy and he himself went to fight with enemy. Ram killed both Khar and Dushan.

Supnakha knew very well that Ravana was coward and selfish person and did not care about insult of his sister so she played a different game there. She knew that Ravana have lust for women, so she told Ravana that she wanted to kidnap a beautiful woman for him and in this process lost her nose. Ravana was very happy with his sister for her commendable job. He did not listen to thing that some man has cut his sister's nose but listened to only fact that a beautiful woman is there in Panchvati.

He did not have courage to come in front of Ram or Lakshman so he was hiding near Panchvati for a long time waiting for a moment when both Ram and Lakshman were away from Panchvati. Once he got that opportunity when Sita sent Ram to capture a gold colored deer. Capturing a deer take more time and effort than killing one. Ram went far ahead in forest after the deer. Ravana took that opportunity and shouted in changed voice for help to Lakshman and Sita. Sita thought that it was Ram's voice and sent Lakshmana for Ram's help. Ravana kidnapped Sita and took her to Lanka on his Pushpak Vimana which was operated by his Pilate and not by Ravana himself.

Sita was physically more powerful than Ravana
Sita thought that she was being a woman was weaker than a man. So she kept crying for help all the way to Lanka but nobody helped her. When she reached Lanka and Ravana's palace was is site Sita jumped out of Pushpak Vimana and fell in Ashok Vatika. Ravana after parking his plane went to Ashok Vatika to take Sita to his palace. But Sita knowing that no one will help her captured all her strength and punched hard on Ravana's head and she was amazed to see that Ravan fall flat unconscious on the ground. When Ravana got consciousness back he remembered Nal Kuber's curse which he got after raping Nal Kuber's wife that he will get killed if he tried raping another woman. Ravana thought that one more punch from Sita will finish him all. He captured Sita in Ashok Vatika and never dared to come close to Sita after that.

Ravana sent everyone to war but himself was in hiding till end of the war
Ravana sent all his son's and brothers for war but did not dare to go to war till the end of the war. He did not love his sons or brothers. They were just tool to be used for his selfish need. Ravana was not having Amrit Kund in his naval as projected now a day. Ravana died at the hand of Ram because he was defeated in battle of bow and arrows and Vibhishan had no role to play there. Killing Ravana was not a big deal for Ram but killing of Kumbhkaran and killing of Meghnath was because those were brave and powerful.

I plan to write a book with more details about Ramayna but for now I end this post here.

True face of Maoists

Yesterday Sangeeta Kumari, one of poor forest dweller was killed by Maoists. Many Maoist supporters claim that Maoists are fighting with the government for right of poor forest dwellers. But truth is that they are China supported terrorists who are exploiting poor people and making money. They are a big threat to our country and all people must realize severity of the problem. We should support government and police in their counter insurgency missions.

Jharkhand Maoists kill 20-year-old girl who chose school over guns

She could have been India’s Malala Yousafzai, leaving behind a life of Maoist violence she was lured into as a child, to start afresh, enrolling herself in school for studies and a bright future.

But Sanjeeta Kumari’s dream of returning to the mainstream was shattered this week when Maoist insurgents killed her for allegedly spying on behalf of the police. Her blood-stained body was found near the hills of Gumla in Jharkhand on Thursday.

Kumari, who also went by the name of Guddi, was lured into the outlaw group when she was 11 by a neighbour and transformed from a cook into a crack shot, serving under the Maoist banner for eight years, before she decided to turn over a new leaf.

The 20-year-old ran away from the rebels and went into hiding in Gumla, where she rented a house and enrolled herself at a local school but the outlaws continued to threaten her regularly.

When HT met her on July 28, Guddi recounted chilling tales of the looming threat to her life but said she was committed to her studies and wouldn’t return to the extremist fold under any condition.

“I cannot surrender because the moment my leaders come to know, they will kill my parents and siblings,” she told HT, on the condition that her story wouldn’t be published.

“I will be able to study as long as I am not identified and captured or my bosses in the jungle do not take me away forcibly,” she said.

But her dream wasn’t to be. When she went home to see her parents and siblings in the Maoist-infested village of Sibil on Tuesday, she was abducted by the insurgents, who left a handwritten note saying Guddi had to die because she didn’t mend her ways despite several warnings.

Her body was brought to the hospital by local villagers, not police personnel, who live in constant fear of Maoist attacks. “She was not our spy, and do we not know of any Maoist related case against her name so far,” said Gumla police superintendent Bhimsen Tuti.

Guddi said she was lured into the group by her neighbour Savita Didi, who was a Maoist leader. Guddi served as a cook for a year before undergoing arms training and became an expert at handling Insas rifles and carbines.

Once fighting the forces in the Latehar jungles, a bullet pierced through her foot. “With the injured foot, I ran and walked for four days and nights till we reached a safer place,” she said.

She fell in love with zonal commander Kanchan and wanted to marry him but he died from police bullets in an encounter.

Guddi also said Maoist commanders regularly exploit women sexually but it was often projected as consensual sex. “Abortions are a routine affair as female commanders cannot become mothers,” she had said.

“When I had left the camp in April, there were 23 minor girls in zonal commander Nakulji’s camp, few of them were as young as 10 years.”

Hindu festivals being targeted in name of pollution

Yesterday some people went to court seeking ban on burning crackers on Dusahra and Diwali festivals because it create pollution. I want to know why burning crackers on Eid, Christmas and New Year does not cause pollution. Why burning crackers on Hindu festivals only cause pollution and not on Muslim and Christian festival? This is a conspiracy to dampen festival spirit of Hindus and promote Muslim and Christian religion. All Hindus must protest against that. I burn crackers every year on Deepavali and will continue to do so even if I am arrested for doing so.

3 infants move SC seeking ban on firecrackers during festive season

Dhananjay Mahapatra

New Delhi:

Say `Our Lungs Cannot Take More Pollution'
Our lungs have not yet fully developed and we cannot take further pollution through bursting of crackers,“ said three infants in their petition before the Supreme Court seeking a ban on crackers this Dussehra and Diwali besides a host of measures like implementation of Bharat V norms for vehicles to arrest the capital's worsening air quality.

The infants -six-month olds Arjun Gopal and Aarav Bhandari and 14-month-old Zoya Rao Bhasin -moved the SC through their advocate fa thers to seek several measures to mitigate pollution and exercise their right to clean air guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution.

Supreme Court Rules permit minors to file petitions for protection of their fundamental rights through their parents and guardians who term themselves as `next friends'.

The writ petition under Article 32 of the Constitution was timed for the upcoming festivals which have in the past years seen a drop in air quality due to bursting of firecrackers.

The petitioners sought the SC's intervention “against inevitable use of firecrackers...and other products of the same classification, especially during Dussehra and Diwali, but thereafter in all other events and festivities as well“. The three infants also wanted measures to check pollution hazards like burning crop residues, polluting vehicles and open waste disposal.

They said, “Over the last two years, Delhi has retained the unique distinction of being the most polluted city in the world. The levels of particulate matter are highest, and across the country , over 7 lakh deaths occur annually due to air-pollution related diseases. “Studies show that Indian citizens have 30% lower lung capacity than Europeans, and that children are the worst affected, as their lungs have not yet fully developed and their systems are vulnerable. In Delhi, a majority of the pollution is caused by road dust and pollution from industries.

“To add to this, the smoke from bursting of crackers in the months of October and November during the festivals of Dussehra and Diwali virtually clogs the atmosphere, substantially increases the pollution level and magnifies the risk of contracting lung diseases.“

They said every year, the adverse impact of pollution gets debated and forgotten as the lethargic government machinery does little to protect citizens, especially infants and children, from the long-term toxic effects of deadly pollution enveloping the capital city .
