Arvind Kejriwal and his fight for freedom of expression

Above is screen shot of Aam Admi Party website where my comments were removed and I was blocked from posting comments. Why in world only Kejriwal should have freedom of expression? Why other people in world should also not have freedom of expression?

Arvind Kejriwal went to jail to protect his so called freedom of expression and after spending 2 days in jail he paid the money and got himself bailed out with power of money. He initially claimed that he is fighting for right of poor people who could not pay for bail amount and will not pay for bail amount even if he had to spend his whole life in jail. But two days in jail changed his stand and paid the bail amount.

Today he is calling people on their cell phone through IVRS and telling them that he went to jail to protect right of freedom of people. But on his site he is curbing people's freedom of expression by removing their comment and blocking people from commenting against Kejriwal. If this person become CM again (which he never can do) he would put people in jail for speaking against him.

Kejriwal believe that he is above law and whatever he do is right and what other do is wrong. He thinks he is above parliament, he is above judiciary, he is above law, and he is above everything. He don't have any respect for voters, he think that it is duty of voter to vote for him and people who don't vote for him don't deserve voting right. There is no internal democracy in Aam Admi Party. Whoever dares to defer with Kejriwal is thrown out of party.

Aam Admi Party is a money based organization Kejriwal is richest with support of Ford Foundation USA. The money which is spent in campaigning is not received from people donation but from big businessman outside India.

AAP spent 30 crore for 4 seats, most expensive campaigning ever. BJP spent 300 crore for 300 seats, BJP spent less amount per seat. If people did not give their vote to AAP then why do you think they will give their money to AAP? It is a lie that AAP is running on people money. If you go by simple mathematics then if a 4 seat party can get 30 crore from public then a 300 seat party can get 2000 crore from public. Simple mathematics.

Aam Adami Party attacks BJP Office in Delhi

Yesterday a gang of Aam Adami Party supporters lead by one of senior leader who is an Ex-Journalist pleated stones at BJP Office. They were latter beaten up by Police and BJP Workers. Aam Adami Party is projecting on their Website that their workers were beaten by BJP and Police. But we need to look at who started it. BJP Workers acted in their self-defense when they were attacked by AAP mob led by a senior AAP leader (Ashutosh).

Kejriwal have apologized for violence but have not apologized for protesting at BJP Office. If someone comes to your office shouting abuses at you how will you react? This kind of protest will surely lead to violence.  Around a month back few workers of Hindu Raksha Dal protested at AAP office against remark of AAP leader Prashant Bhushan. That time AAP was crying that it is not way to protest if Hindu Raksha Dal have any grievances they should protest at Jantar Mantar and not protest at AAP office in Ghaziabad.

Now why same logic does not apply to AAP? Why did they not protest at Jantar Mantar? Moreover they were pleating stones at BJP and not protesting. Kejriwal is not sorry for violence and using it as a tool for gaining sympathy. On his website he is showing face of a AAP supporter who was hit in lathi charge by police who was trying to protect BJP worker from AAP supporters. Is it the way of saying sorry? Surely it is not.

Arvind Kejriwal think that he alone is honest

Now Kejriwal is saying that 69 MLAs elected by people are corrupt and on CM(himself) is honest. So no money should be given to MLAs for doing development and an all money should lie with CM so corruption will reduce because now there will be only one person eating money.

He alone will be deciding which Mohalah Sabha gets how much money and he can favor his favorites (people giving more donations to AAP). He wants to make MLAs incapable of doing development work for people and want every power to rest with him. He thinks everyone except him is incapable. This is very dangerous trend in Indian politics which must be stopped. For democracy to work power should lie with elected representative of people rather than with people becoming CM based on alliance formed against will of the people.

Arvind Kejriwal is threatening Indian democracy

Arvind Kejriwal is threatening Indian democracy by saying that he will disrupt Republic day parade with support of his one lakh goons if his demands are not met. Do we allow anyone who has got one lakh goons to hold nation to ransom? Kejriwal claims that only his goons have right to have opinion and nobody else can have an opinion. In Delhi poll 20 Lakh votes were casted in favor of AAP and 40 Lakh votes were casted against AAP. How come 20 Lakh people are right and 40 Lakh people are wrong as per democracy?

Review of Aam Admi Party's Government

Today I am writing review of Arvind Kejriwal's government in Delhi. Two major decisions he made are not only illogical but illegal also.

1.    First decision is to make 20,000 liter of water free and make person using 20,001 liter to pay for full 20,001 liter. With this decision he is making a person pay for 20,000 liter for consuming 1 liter water because of thrust due to extreme summer of Delhi. Moreover people whose normal consumption is below 20,000 liter will be motivated to waste water. Previous system of charging for water based on consumption right from starting was much better, in that system no one was given undue advantage and no one was penalized for no fault of him. This decision have also increased corruption on the part of meter reader where meter reader can extort money by threatening to give meter reading above 20,000 when meter reading was 19,990 liter.
2.    Second decision is to reduce electricity charges by 50% upto 400 units and making person pay 100% on these 400 units also if he consumes 401 units. This will increase corruption at meter reader level.
Kejriwal is saying that he will control corruption of meter readers through Lokepal. Corruption can't be controlled by giving people opportunity to do corruption and after that creating a new department to police on him. There is a saying that everyone is corrupt and most corrupt is anti-corruption department. Creating an anti-corruption department does not solve problem of corruption but increases it and lion's share of corruption goes to Lokepal. The only way to remove corruption is by enforcing accountability and strongly dealing with complain of request not being resolved in time.

In contrast I will like to give example of another chief minister who reduced corruption of house tax inspector by empowering people and reducing opportunity for corruption. Earlier property tax on a property was assessed on the bases of value of property perceived by the tax inspector. This subjectivity of assessment was creating a opportunity for corruption and house tax inspectors were using it for extorting money from people. This money was later on extorted by anti-corruption department ( which will now be replaced with Lokpal ). What CM did was to create a category of localities and fix per squire meter rate of house tax. This helped in increasing reach to areas which were beyond reach because of limited workforce. More localities were added to house tax jurisdiction, people were happy to pay justified amount of house tax. The CM who did all this was Sheela Deekshit who is called most corrupt by Aam Admi Party. It is very difficult to prove anyone guilty or innocent in cases of corruption but at least looking at kind of decision Kejriwal and Sheela Deekshit took I will say that Sheela Dekshit's state of mind looks better than Kejriwal's.

As far as personal credibility of Kejriwal goes he is after money right from starting. He collected 90 Lakh rupee in name of Anna at the time of Lokepal movement and diverted all money to his NGO where he can eat all that money because there he is highest authority. This was the reason of rift between Kejriwal and Anna. People thought that Anna had taken their money but in reality Anna got nothing. Kejriwal was paid very high price for campaigning for BJP in GOA and for doing that he did not even remember his duty to cast his vote before going to campaign to urge people to vote for right candidate. He thought that it is below his dignity to stand in line with ordinary people to vote because his job is to tell people whom to vote for and whom not to vote for. When media created a big issue out of it and Kejriwal got a phone call from GOA saying that he will not be paid if he comes without casting his vote, he remembered his duty to cast his vote and returned from Airport to cast his vote to find that his name was not on the voter list. Election commission issues voter list 4 months in advance for review and to file any objections or claim. Why did he not review voter list and filed his claim?

Aam Admi Party is not disclosing expenditure details because 5 crore is given to Kejriwal for campaign in Delhi

Today I looked at Aam Aadmi Party website in hope of finding details of donations and expenditure. But I was disappointed to see a page where some fifty entries with amount   10 to 1000 being listed there. What I wanted was list of Donner sorted based on money donated but there is no such feature to sort list on basis of amount donated or name of person. Providing sorting on these fields is a five minutes job for any developer. Aam Admi Party don't want to disclose that most of the big money received was from corrupt congress leaders therefore list of Donner sorted based on amount is not provided.

Even bigger problem was absence of expenditure report. There is no record of expenditure of 20 crore rupee collected. The details of collection are put on website to check party workers so they don't put money which should go to Kejriwal's pocket in their pocket. Once money reach Kejriwal's pocket all transparency ends and no one have any right to ask Ex Income Tax deputy commissioner for expanse report because it is his money and why should he give expanse details to ordinary people?

I have following questions for Aam Admi Party :-
How much money is spent in the process of collecting money?
How much money is spent on party office? I think AAP spent Rs. 1 on it as per news.

How much money is spent on bringing dancers to delhi and arranging a dance show for Imandar people of Delhi? As per news it was done by dancers for Rs. 1
How much money was spent on purchasing Jhadus for campaining? I think they were given by a trader for Rs. 1

So total expenditure was Rs. 3 so why do they need to raise fund again for the party?

Interpretation of Supreme Court Judgement

Today Supreme Court observed that auction is not the only way to allocate natural resources. Media and congress is projecting it in a totally opposite way than it was intended.

Supreme court observed that it not governments aim to make maximum profit from natural resources but to make natural resources available to people of India at reasonable cost and the reasonable profit if made from sale of natural resources must be used for public good. Auctioning a natural resource actually make resource expensive for end user. But it does not mean that government can allocate natural resources cheap to companies and allow them to make exorbitant profits by exploiting end user. If government allocates natural resources by means other than auction then there must be a clause which will govern maximum price of this natural resource to end user.

Congress government has allocated natural resources to companies at very low price and allowed them to sell it at maximum price which they can sell it. This is illegal and court has not declared it to be legal. Court have observed that auction as a method of allocating natural resources is also not above judicial scrutiny, and it can be challenged in court.

The media and congress is trying to misled people to break their moral by saying that Supreme Court have accepted government's stand.
