Kejriwal is saying that 69 MLAs elected by people are corrupt and on
CM(himself) is honest. So no money should be given to MLAs for doing
development and an all money should lie with CM so corruption will reduce
because now there will be only one person eating money.
He alone will be deciding which Mohalah Sabha gets how much money and he can favor his favorites (people giving more donations to AAP). He wants to make MLAs incapable of doing development work for people and want every power to rest with him. He thinks everyone except him is incapable. This is very dangerous trend in Indian politics which must be stopped. For democracy to work power should lie with elected representative of people rather than with people becoming CM based on alliance formed against will of the people.
Hi, Mohalla Sabha is an Idea to be implemented, who will get money how much and what will be MLA's role is still unclear.

Wait as you waited for all CM's to eat money. Let kejriwal also eat some. I am sure Congress/BJP are much bigger/powerful parties to catch him.

Democracy is by the people for the people.. i think AK is only trying to make democracy and governance accessible to the people. It's easy to launder money from treasure when many people have access to it.. because each get a share and everyone's happy.. which the past governments had done.. they have created a nexus where everyone has a 'share and secret' of everyone's other wrong doing.

The problem is that Arvind Kejriwal is not ready to share power with anybody and want to keep himself center of all power. What he is trying to do is transfer power of 70 MLAs to himself and allocate funds directly to 70,000 mohalla sabhas. These mohalla sabhas can be corrupt and Arvind Kejriwal can be allocating funds on basis of kickback he receives from these Mohala Sabhas. If some honest Mohala Sabha denies kickback then it won't receive any money from Arvind Kejriwal and these Mohala Sabha can't appeal to court against that because it is prerogative of CM to allocate funds to Mohala Sabha. This is very dangerous trend which must be opposed. Right now Arvind Kejriwal have resigned and for now he can't work on this plan but he plan to bring this plan into action once he come to power or some other person can take up this idea and curb democracy in India. We need to kill this idea so that this idea can't grow and challenge Indian democracy.
