The frustration of anarchists in India

Recently we saw a news of Arvind Kejriwal raising an open revolt against judiciary and Indian constitution. He says that Indian constitution does not allow honest people to choose judge of their choice to make judicial trial to be free from any bias against honest people. This is biggest sin the creator of constitution have made and it duty of the people to stand up against this oppression.
Now question is that who make a decision about who is honest person and who is not? According to Arvind Kejriwal judiciary is incapable to make this decision. Majority of the public is illiterate and fool so this decision  can't be made by the public. Then who should make this decision?

According to him their should be a committee of honest people certified by impartial and honest organisations like ford foundation which make a decision about who is honest and who is not.

This is the stand he has been taking right for starting of his public life. I know of him from the time of Lokpal movement's time. This was the core agenda he was pushing for right from starting. The core thought of Loakpal movement was that parliament should not be supreme because it is chosen by illiterate and fools. Democracy believe in concept of majority of people being right and it is incorrect because majority of the people are fools. So there should be Lokpal appointed by committee of honest people certified by impartial and honest organisation like ford foundation. This Lokpal will be supreme power of the nation. He will make decision about who is corrupt and who is not.

It was the time when Congress party was in power and many people who were not happy with government joined the Lokpal movement. But it was just one lakh people sitting Ram Lila Maidan in delhi. It is not even 0.001% of Indian population. It was an attempt to push India into anarchy like Nepal. It was the time when I started writing against this thought. I wrote first time against this thought on November 10, 2011. If you note the time, it was the time Lokpal movement was on the peak and parliament had surrendered before the Lokpal movement. Below is the link for the article I wrote at that time.

When Arvind Kejriwal did not get success in his Lokpal attempt he joined politics. But this core concept of supremacy of honest people certified by ford foundation still remained with him. When he joined politics some of his older Lokpal movement associates left him. Arvind Kejriwal revoked character certificate of those people and told the public that those people should no longer be considered honest. This process of revoking character certificates and providing character certificates to new people turning honest is still continuting.

Now Mamata Banerjee has joined Arvind Kejriwal and called of armed struggle against dishonest people elected by public of India. Public of India is fool as per them. So honest people of India should pick arms against the state to protect honest people certified by ford foundation.

This is a very dangerous trend against which people of India must stand united, otherwise we will be in same condition which Nepal is.

What is wrong with Dhruv Rathee?

Recently I came across a very insane video posted by Dhruv Rathee on Ram Navami regarding a scene from Kerala Story 2 where it is shown that a Hindu Girl from Kerala was taken hostage by a Muslim fanatic group by love trap. She is kept hostage her mobile phone is taken away from her and she has no means of contacting outside and seeking help. She is kept locked in a room for two days without food and after that the perpetrator group opens her room and forcefully put beef in her mouth. She says that she will die but will not eat beef. After this incidence she commits suicide leaving note stating names of people responsible for her death.

Arguments has been going on this film for showing wrong facts and being a propaganda film. Many Muslim fundamentalists has claimed that no such incidence has ever occurred and it is all lies propagated by BJP to gain political mileage. I have heard all these arguments and find it to be a valid justification from their side. Their justification might be based on wrong facts but it is a valid defence put up by Islamic fundamentalists. But no one said that their is nothing wrong in forcing a Kerala Hindu girl to eat beef. This is where Islamic fundamentalists stand.

Now I come to Dhruv Rathee video. In his video Dhruv Rathee says that there is nothing wrong in forcing a Kerala Hindu girl to eat beef. He claimed that all Hindu god and goddesses eat beef so Muslim perpetrators did nothing wrong by forcefully putting beef in her mouth. Does Dhruv Rathee know about Freedom of choice of food granted by Constitution of India to citizen of India as fundamental right?

I am sharing a youtube video in response to Dhruv Rathee video exposing his lies. I don't want to share Dhruv Rathee video because that is insane.

Now I want to talk about reasons of Dhruv Rathee posting this video. Some people are saying that he is a lunatic and mentally ill. But to me he look like to be trapped by a gang who is forcing him to make such videos. He is living in Germany away from India where he is forced to live in a location garded by the gang who are focing him to make all these videos. The youtube channels handle is being controlled by this gang. Dhruv Rathee is not allowed to meet anyone without being escorted by members of this gang. He is alive as long as he is cooperating with demand of this gang. The day he shows resistence to demands of this gang, Dhruv Rathee will be found hanging from a ceiling fan like Sushant Singh Rajput.

This is very sorry state of affairs. Let us analyse the way he landed up in such a situation.

This is a mix of honey trapping and Money trapping. Running a youtube is not as easy as it looks like. You may think that it is as easy as shooting a video on mobile phone followed by editing on computer and uploading to YouTube. But that is not all. For getting people to view your video you need to advertise your video. The cost of advertise is on average 30 rupee per view on YouTube. So if you want to get 2 crore views you need to spend 60 crore rupee on advertisement. Most of the aspiring you-tubers don't have that much money. This is where they get in to the money trap. The gangs with big money get in touch with you-tubers and get into a legal agreement where you-tuber get into an bond of tune of 500 crore rupee with this online gang. The you-tuber is prohibited from making any Facebook, X(formally twitter) or any other social media post without approval of this gang(Agency).

The agency provides money for promoting YouTube channel and its video. The agency legally owns the brand(You-tuber in this case). The agency spends around 100 crores in promoting the YouTube channel. The person appearing in youtube is reduced to a puppet working at the hand of the agency. The you-tuber is not legally allowed to talk to media without approval of this agency and not allowed to say anything which is not inline with dictate of this agency. If you-tuber goes against wish of this agency then agency files for a lawsuit claiming a damage of 500 crore as per bond signed by the you-tuber. This is legal part of money trapping.

Now start second part of the game. You-tuber is asked to change his location to a place which is controlled physically by the gang. His shooting location moves to a studio which is physically controlled by the gang. His accommodation is moved to a location which is in control of the gang. His movements from accommodation to studio and back from studio to accommodation is controlled by the gang. His mode of communications to outside world like mobile phone are removed and he is taken hostage.

Now he need to make all the content which this gang want him to make. He is in  constant threat of his life. If he tries to show some restraint in meeting the demand of the gang. He is found hanging from the ceiling fan next day saying that he committed suicide due to depression  cause by lawsuits filed against him.

This is the situation Dhruv Rathee is currently in. His need police help to save his life from the gang who is forcing him to make insane content for the YouTube channel. Dhruv Rathee need our help to get out of this trap.

Good job by UP Fire Service

Yesterday there was a fire in our building and UP Fire service did a commendable job by controlling file in time.

Ours is a private society managed by a private maintenance company and all the fire fighting equipment were found to be not working. The pipes of the fire house were found to be broken when security personals tried to use them. Fire extinguishers were found to be not working. The maintenance team was not trained and they did not even cut PNG supply to control the fire.

On the other hand UP fire service team arrived promptly and setup their pipeline promptly and controlled the fire. One flat was burnt completely but all other flats were saved, thanks to UP Fire Service.

Some people says that since I work for a private company, I should not be saying anything good about a government company and anything bad about a private company but I think that I should be saying the truth irrespectively of type of the company weather public or private.

Thanks a lot again to UP Fire Service.

Review of movie Ramsetu

Last Sunday I watched movie Ramsetu on Amazon prime. I liked the movie. Some sudo secular people say that it was a communal movie and I should not have watched this movie or at least say that it was a bad movie. To them I would like to say that India is a free country and being a citizen of a free country I have right to have my own opinion about any movie. I have every right to say that I liked a movie if I like the movie.

Now let me come to story line. In this movie Akshay Kumar is an archeologist and he works for ASI. He was asked to submit a false report in Supreme Court that Ramsetu was a natural creation and was not created by human. He was given promotion for doing that. Later on he was hired by an international company to do research and prove that Ramsetu was not created by human and dates more than 18000 years old and not 7000 years old as told by protestors who wants to save Ramsetu. Akshay Kumar was given all latest tools and technologies to prove that. But when his finding were contrary to original assignment that company tried to murder him. Being a hero of the movie he survived but in real life many such people get killed who dare to go against will of their secular sponsors.

Same thing happed in real life when ASI was asked to prove that Babri Masjid was not constructed on top of a demolished temple. When ASI's finding was contrary to the assignment many people were sacked from their job. Evidences which provided proof that Babri Masjid was constructed on top of a demolished temple were destroyed. Many people who did not surrender to their sponsor's whish were murdered.

In this movie Akshay Kumar gave argument is the court that when industries in Agra can be shutdown to protect Taj Mahal's beauty and route of Delhi Metro can be changed to protect then why Setusamundram project can't be stopped to protect Ramsetu? This argument did not go well with sudo secular people. It is a big blow to their ego. That is why this movie was boycotted by sudo secular people. That is the reason for this movie getting flop on box office.

I don't care if these sudo secular people call me religious fanatic. But if I like a movie then I am going to say that I like the movie.

Some people in name of Farmers threatening the democracy by violence

For more than a month some people pretending to represent interest of Farmers are holding democratically elected government to ransom. These so called farmers tried to threaten the government by creating violence in Delhi. These people needs to dealt strictly. These one Lakh people at most are threatening 130 crore people to ransom. These people are less than 0.01% of our population. How can 0.01% people be allowed to hold nation to ransom.

In our democracy people have right to protest against any law and try to mobilize public opinion. This permission can't be used by any group to threaten democratically elected government to ransom by creating violence.

If you are feeling that I am defending BJP government then you can refer to my earlier post which I wrote when Congress government was in power.

Amitabh Bachchan promoting non-vegetarianism from Kaun Banega Crorepati show?

Today I was watching Kaun Banega Crorepati show hosted by Amitabh Bachchan. The contestant told that she like Prawn Biryani. Instead of saying that he is a vegetarian, Amitabh Bachchan started saying that he was a non-vegetarian earlier and was much happier that currently being vegetarian.

Why I have not seen any contestant saying that he is vegetarian because he think killing an animal is wrong. Is it because Sony TV does not allow any contestant to say that. Why being a non-vegetarian is promoted so much that Amitabh Bachchan who is a vegetarian himself is forced to promote non-vegetarianism.

These are the vegetarian who promote killing of cows for food in name of free choice of food but when asked why don't they protest against Nagalang criminalizing killing of Dogs for food say that being a vegetarian they must welcome Nagaland banning killing of dogs.

I don't think Amitabh Bachchan and contestants speech is extempore. I think their speech is scripted to promote non-vegetarianism and alcohol.

Do only SC/ST feel bad when called by their cast?

Today Sadhvi Pragya Singh said that only SC/ST feel bad when they are called by cast and other cast don't feel bad when called by their cast.

It is not true that Brahmin don't feel bad when they are called pandit. I have seen 50 years old priest fighting with a 80 years old lady because she called him "oye pandit" instead of calling him pandit ji. He should not have felt bad considering age of the lady she was of the priest's mothers age. But still he called many bad words for the lady of his mothers age just because she called him by his cast. What matter is the intentions of the person by calling a person by cast. I have seen people calling SC/ST as SC/ST and people on protesting but I have seen people protesting when called SC/ST also.

If person is a teacher and he is son of a sweeper then why do we call him a sweeper? He is not a sweeper but a teacher and maybe better teacher then other teachers of the school. Still why do we want to call him a sweeper? If you praise him for working hard and becoming a teacher despite being a son of a sweeper then he will not feel bad but if you say that he is a bad teacher because he is son of a sweeper then he will feel bad.

I already gave an incidence where a Brahmin felt bad when he was called by name of his cast.

Hypocrisy of liberal educated class

I am seeing that vocal critic of Yogi Aditya Nath for banning cow slaughtering are silent on Nagaland banning killing and selling of dogs meat. Now same people are becoming animal lovers and welcoming this decisions. When I talked to one such person he said to me that he is a vegetarian so he welcome this decision. When I asked him then why he was not happy when Yogi Aditya Nath banned cow slaughtering then he got angry and said Yogi Aditya Nath is communal.

I fail to understand why dog is an animal and cow is not. Why???????

I am not talking about any politician of a riksha puller. I am talking about educated software engineers who think that uneducated and communal poor people don't deserve a voting right.

Kejriwal Elected as Delhi's Chief Minister once again

Yesterday results of Delhi state government was declared. Arvind Kejriwal's Aam Adami Party won 62 seats out of 70 seats, BJP got 8 seats and congress got 0 seats. As voting percentage goes AAP's vote share declined from 54% in 2015 to 53.57% in 2020 which is not significant despite anti incumbency factor. BJP's share increased from 32% in 2015 to 38.51% in 2020. Congress's share declined from 10% in 2015 to 4.26% 2020.

I accept this mandate as BJP's defeat and will not blame Delhi's voter being bad mentality voter. We must respect voter's mandate and not blame him as bad mentality voter weather he is voter of Delhi or Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. You can't say Delhi's voter is good because he voted your favorite party to power but Uttar Pradesh's voter is a bad mentality voter because he voted for a party which you don't like.

If Arvind Kejriwal was able to beat anti incumbency factor with such a huge majority then it mean he did some good work in last 5 years. On the other hand BJP was not able to convince people of Delhi that their local leaders are capable of performing better than Kejriwal. There might be internal fight between BJP leader's because of that BJP was not able to come up with a chief ministerial candidate. Local election need to have good local leadership. BJP was not able to provide good local leadership.

I see Dr. Harshvardhan being a good candidate for chief minister's post but he is thrown out into a corner by BJP. This might be because Narender Modi like sycophants and not leaders who have standing of their own. These kind of favoritism can destroy and organization.

People started criticizing Akshay again because he donated 2 crore rupee for flood relief

Yesterday I heard people criticizing Akshay Kumar after 3 and a half years. Last time I heard people criticizing Akshay Kumar (The film star) was 3 and half years back when he donated 90 Lakhs for drought relief work. That time people started blaming him for tax evasion and said that he is trying to hide his black money for donating money for drought relief. They said that we should take inspiration from honest people like Salman Khan and Amir Khan who has not donated even a single rupee for drought relief and not from corrupt people like Akshay Kumar.

For last 3 years people have been praising Akshay Kumar for great moves he make. I was surprised to hear people criticizing Akshay Kumar for black money he has accumulated and how bad person he is. I did not know the reason for this backlash against him. Today morning when I read the newspaper I found out the reason. Today's news paper reads "Akshay Kumar donates 2 crore rupee for flood relief". Today I am working for a different  company and has different colleagues but reaction is same. The only common thing between people 3 and half years back and today is the both groups hold B. Tech. degrees. I thank god that this country is run by Chaiwala and not by an Engineer.

Below is link to my post 3 and a half year back:

Destruction of education system in Delhi by Kejriwal government

From the time Kejriwal promised free WiFi to rich smartphone uses I have heard B.Tech. engineers going GaGa about Kejriwal Government's achievements in terms of reducing corruptions and revolutionizing  education system. I keep receiving messages that in Delhi people have stopped sending their children to private schools and are sending them to government schools. When I looked at these messages I thought that definitely number of students in government schools must have doubled because of the great work Kejriwal is doing but as per latest numbers provided by Delhi government number of students in Delhi government schools has declined by around 4 thousand compared to 7 year old benchmark. and number of students in private schools has increased by 4.8 Lakhs. The decline compared to 4 year old benchmark before Kejriwal Government is not provided because that would have worse. These numbers can open eyes of any normal person but can't open eyes of these B. Tech. people who are blinded by promise of free WiFi..

Below are news in news paper on which my comment is based:

While the number of students in private schools has risen since 2011, with 18.61 lakh students enrolled during 2018-19 session, the numbers have dipped in Delhi government and MCD schools.

In 2011-2012, the number of students enrolled in schools run and aided by Delhi government was 16.53 lakh. As of 2018-2019, the number stood at 16.48 lakh.

Drop in Delhi govt school enrolment because of fewer MCD schools

NEWDELHI: Explaining the reduction in enrolments to Delhi government schools between 2013-2014 and 2017-2018, the Delhi government said it could be because of mushrooming of private schools and drop in number of municipal corporation schools.

In Delhi, MCD schools hold classes for students up to class 5 after which they must seek admission in government-run or private schools. While the total number of children in MCD schools is around 44 lakh, of these only 34% are enrolled in Delhi government schools.

“Between 2011 and 2019, the number of private schools increased by 630, government run schools increased marginally (50) and MCD schools decreased by 86,” the government stated on Thursday, adding that in this time, the number of students enrolled in private schools increased by 4.8 lakh whereas students enrolled in MCD schools decreased by 2.5 lakh.

“Delhi’s government schools get its students from MCD schools. If there are fewer students there, enrolment in government schools will also go down,” a government official said.

Delhi government allocates 100 crore rupee to provide free Wi-Fi to rich smart phone users

Today Delhi government lead by a B. Tech. from IIT Arvind Kejriwal announced that it has allocated 100 crore rupee for providing free Wi-Fi to rich smart phone users. All so called educated and intelligent people have welcomed this progressive step by government. These are same people who criticized central government scheme of providing help of 6000 rupee to poor farmers saying that this kind of free money will pull India backward. These people objected to idea of providing free books to class 6 to 12 students of government schools because these kind of free perks will encourage students not to hard work and get everything for free. That is why Delhi government has not allocated even a single rupee for providing free books to class 6 to 12 students of government schools.

Whenever government provide anything free to poor people it is condemned by so called intelligent people flashing their B. Tech. degrees. But when government allocates 100 crore rupee to provide free WiFi to rich people it is welcomed by these people. When Delhi Government  don't have money to provide free books to students then how come it has money to provide free WiFi to rich smart phone users?

Will any of these intelligent people flashing their B. Tech. degrees ask Arvind Kejriwal to cancel allocation of 100 crore for WiFi and provide free books to students?

In Bengal Schools are forcing students to write anti Hindu essays

Today I read the following news in news paper which says that students of Bengal are forced to write anti Hindu essays in exam. It is not not just an exam question which was printed by mistake but 100 discussions which have happened in the classroom where teachers have given anti Hindu sermons which were given to students. Why no one speak against this Islaminization of education?

In Bengal school exam, question on ‘harmful effect of ‘Jai Shri Ram’ slogan

The Bengali language paper of Akna Union High School in Hooghly district asked class 10 students to write how the Jai Shri Ram slogan was generating adverse effects in society and how the return of ‘cut money’ was benefiting people.

The ‘Jai Shri Ram’ slogan and ‘cut money’ that became key issues in the Lok Sabha elections earlier this year and have since rocked Bengal politics found their way into a question paper of a school.
The Bengali language paper of Akna Union High School in Hooghly district, 55km from Kolkata, asked class 10 students to write how the Jai Shri Ram slogan was generating adverse effects in society and how the return of ‘cut money’ was benefiting people.
The students, in the exam held on August 5, were asked to write a ‘report for a newspaper’ on any one of the two – ‘harmful effects on the society of chanting Jai Shri Ram’ or on the ‘bold step of the government to stop corruption by returning cut money.’
The reference was obviously to the BJP workers shouting Jai Shri Ram slogans during election rallies and later greeting Chief minister Mamata Banerjee with the chants wherever she went prompting her to declare that her party would counter BJP’s slogan with the Jai Hind and Jai Bangla slogans.
The ‘cut money’ is a reference to Mamata Banerjee asking those who embezzled funds from government welfare schemes through ‘cut money’ (commission) to return it to the original beneficiaries. BJP leaders, through the Lok Sabha election campaign, had often referred to ‘tolabazi tax’ to refer to this commission
“No one has lodged any complaint but we took steps on our own. We decided to cancel the question. If anyone attempted to answer it, the student would be given full marks,” said headmaster Rohit Pyne. “Subhasish Ghosh, the Bengali teacher who set the question paper has apologised,” added Pyne.
BJP leaders lashed out at both the school authorities and the ruling Trinamool Congress. “It is clear that the school authorities have taken up the responsibility of beating the drum for Trinamool Congress. They accuse us of saffronising education, but now the people of the state should see what they are doing. The teachers have become slaves of the ruling party. I don’t have words strong enough to condemn it,” said Subir Nag, president of Hooghly district organisational unit of the BJP.
Nag also pointed out how in early 2017, the movement of returning the land of the Tata Motors plant in Singur led by TMC chief Mamata Banerjee was made a part of the class 8 history books in the state. Six pages of the 10-page chapter entitled “Jamin Jal Jangal: Jiban Jibikar Adhikar O Ganaandolan” were devoted to Mamata Banerjee’s Singur movement.
Though senior TMC leaders chose not to respond on the question controversy, Gopal Roy, the karmadhyakha (official in charge) of education in the Hooghly Zilla Parishad (district council) said, “Current topics are chosen to ask students to write reports for a newspaper. An individual is entitled to have an opinion on the subject. Therefore, there is no room for controversy. But now a section of the people is trying to take the opportunity to stir controversy.”
However, Nirmal Ghosh, the deputy chief of Akna gram panchayat, who is also a local TMC leader said, “Such a political question would create confusion in the minds of the students.”
Incidentally, the question carried an error. The state government did not ask for the return of cut money. Banerjee made the appeal at a party programme (where mainly councillors of the party in the state’s civic bodies were present) and the administrative machinery was not involved in it.

Article 370 removed from constitution

This Monday central government removed article 370 of the constitution which gave special privileges to Jammu and Kashmir. Along with that Ladakh has been recognized as an Union territory.  Jammu and Kashmir is also converted to an Union territory with its own legislature. It will prevent Muslim majority of Kashmir exploiting people of Ladakh. People of Ladakh were being exploited by people of Kashmir using privileges provided under article 370. People of Ladakh are also citizen of India and it is our responsibility to make sure that they are not exploited. But unfortunately Congress government at center never did it. Instead they supported Muslims in exploiting Hindus and Buddhist by providing more assembly seats in Kashmir than they should be provided considering area it occupies and population it has. On the other hand Ladhakh and Jammu were provided less assembly seats than they deserved considering area and population they have.

Revocation of article is a welcome  step. Some coward people are suggesting that terrorist attacks will increase because of this revocation of article 370. I would like to remind them that mass killing of Kashmiri Hindus happened when article 370 was in place still those attacks happened. Some people warned America that killing of Osama Bin Laden will provoke terrorist attacks against America but America still did it and terrorist attacks did not happen. If you are week and keep surrendering to  unfair demand of enemy with threat of terrorist attack then you will end up surrendering whole India  to terrorists and end up being a refugee in Myanmar.

Some peoples are saying that Supreme Court can cancel this revocation of article 370. I would like to remind that introduction of our constitution reads "We the people of India give ourselves this constitution" and not "I Jawahar Lal Nehru with approval of queen Victoria give India this constitution". If we people of India can give ourselves first constitution then we people of India can give ourselves second constitution also where Supreme Court will no longer be supreme. So Supreme court better be within its limit and not interfere in working of parliament.

Jai Hind.

Why article 15 applies only to Hindus?

Today I a writing about movie article 15. This movie is being projected a well researched work on violation of right of equality granted by our constitution. I watched the trailer of 176 seconds and surprisingly not even a second was related to any religion other than Hinduism. Why article 15 applies only to Hindus and not Muslims?

In Muslims there is more discrimination than Hinduism. Upper cast Muslims don't even allow lower cast Muslim's dead body buried in their graveyard. Muslims deny this fact. Hindus refuse to talk about it. Read the below link to know more about it.

https://www.rediff.com/news/2003/mar/06bihar.htm
https://booksandideas.net/Muslim-Castes-in-India.html

It is not true that social discrimination exist only in Hindus. Everyone keep talking about negative things in Hindus and that too exaggerated. I see Muslims talking about negative things in Hinduism. I never saw any Muslim talking about negative things in Islam. I see Hindus talking about negative things in Hinduism but when I ask these Hindus to talk about same things in Islam they not just keep quite but fight with me saying that I am trying to malign Islam.

Why do these Hindus do it? I have analyzed their behavior and found that they are doing it for their selfish need which are as pity as getting a plate of Biryani  from some of their Muslim colleague, or getting an opportunity to talk to a beautiful Muslim girl on facebook. We Hindus have sold our soul for such pity things. We don't have courage to stand for right things because either we are afraid of loosing something which we have or we want to gain something as small as a plate of Biryani by supporting wrong things.

I have many shameless friends who says that they are ready to convert to Islam if a beautiful Muslim girl is ready to marry them in return. Why don't I have any friend who says that he is ready to marry an not so beautiful Muslim girl if she is ready to convert to Hinduism in return of that?

Around two year back one of my Hindu friend was campaigning against building Shivaji's memorial at government expanse because he thought that this money should have been used for educating children. When I sent him a link that thousonds crore rupee were spent in celebrating Teepu Sultan's Birthday then he did not have guts to say that this money could have been used for educating children because by saying that he will loose a plate of free Briyani from one of his Muslim colleague.

Around one year back some of my Hindu friend was protesting against government spending money on constructing bhagwan Ram's statue in Ayodhya. They were saying that this money should have been used in running schools and hospitals. When I told them government is renovating Rahimdas's tomb at government expanse. Why did they not protest against that. Then they accused  me of propagating false information to justify wastage of government money on propagating Hinduism. They said no such thing is happening. Had it been happening they must have known that because they read news everyday. They have be accusing me of spreading false information for 4 months till now. 2 days back I got a news link to prove that what I said is a hard fact. Link is given below:

Why so called liberal educated Hindu's sell their soul for a plate of free Briyani why don't they try to win over a Muslim by 1Kg Laddoo?

Shameless decision of Supreme Court

Yesterday Supreme court delivered a Shameless decision of reducing sentence of accused of Acid attack on a girl and increasing compensation to girl by accused to 1.5 Lakh. The judge gave a clear signal that punishment of any accused can be reduced by paying 1.5 Lakh to victim and 15 Lakhs as bribe to the judge. Along with this judgement this judge shamelessly said that acid attackers deserve a strict punishment.

How come reducing punishment from 10 years to 5 years and increasing fine to 1.5 Lakh is a strict punishment? I thank god that India's politicians are not as shameless and corrupt as Supreme court judges.

NEWDELHI: Terming acid attack an “uncivilised” and “heartless” crime, the Supreme Court has ordered two convicts to pay ₹1.5 lakh each to the survivor, saying they deserve no leniency.

The survivor, then 19 years old, was going to college when the duo threw acid at her in Shimla on July 12, 2004.

The incident was reported by a resident of a locality in Shimla after he noticed the survivor crying and later jumping into a nearby water tank. She was taken to a hospital where she was diagnosed with 16% burns.

A bench led by Justice AM Khanwilkar delivered its order on Friday while deciding the Himachal Pradesh government’s appeal against the state high court verdict reducing the quantum of punishment from 10 to 5 years. The trial court had sentenced the accused to 10 years of rigorous imprisonment and ordered them to pay ₹5,000 as fine. The trial court found the two guilty of attempt to murder.

However, the HC observed that the incident was of a case of voluntarily causing grievous hurt by use of acid and sentenced the two to five years in jail. The fine amount was increased to ₹25,000 each. In its decision on the appeal, the court did not alter the punishment but enhanced the compensation amount observing that it would bring some “solace to the victim for the sufferings”.

“A crime of this nature does not deserve any kind of clemency. This court cannot be oblivious of the situation that the victim must have suffered an emotional distress which cannot be compensated either by sentencing the accused or by grant of any compensation,” the court noted.

“Indeed, it cannot be ruled out that in the present case the victim had suffered an uncivilised and heartless crime committed by the respondents and there is no room for leniency... ,” said the court.

Reservation for Economically weaker section in India

Last week parliament of India passed a constitution amendment allowing government of India to reserve seats in government jobs and educational institutions for people not eligible for cast based reservation based on their economical condition. For this maximum quota for reservation is increased to 60% from existing cap of 50% imposed by supreme court for cast based reservation.

The people who were advocating for removal of cast based reservation and providing poverty based reservation. Now suddenly those people have started opposing economic condition based reservation on ground that it should be below 50%. These people who don't qualify for poverty based reservation want 50% seats for them. Let us see what is is their population.

20% of the entire population in India belong to the Schedule castes. This means that nearly 26 crore people in India belong to SC community. That's why they are given 15% reservation in government sector.

9% of the entire population belongs to Scheduled Tribes. This means they are nearly 11.7 crore in population. They are provided with 7.5% reservation in government sector.

41% of the entire population belongs to Other backward Caste. This means that they are nearly 53.3 crore in population. 27% reservation is provided to them in government sector.

At last remaining 30% are general category people being 39 crore out of the whole.

Now 15% of general category is given reservation of 10%.

So population of rich general class is just 15%. 40% of unreserved seats are available for these 15% rich general class candidates but they are not happy with it. I don't see any reasonable justification for their unhappiness.

Only explanation for their unhappiness is that greed increase with profit. These 15% people were capturing 50% of the posts by using their money but now they will be able to capture only 40% seats. If equal opportunities are provided to every one then every group of 15% population will have 15% representation in government jobs. But 15% rich general cast is having 50% representation which does not look fair. If government has capped their representation to 40% then I don't see anything wrong in that.

Now a days I am getting lots of messages regarding ST topper's marks being less than lowest unreserved category qualifying candidate for IAS exam. But surprisingly marks of OBC topper and SC topper are missing that message. I don't think it is just a co-incidence. Their marks were left out deliberately because their marks were more than lowest qualifying candidate's marks in IAS exam.

As per advocates of removal of reservation system money does not matter and just attitude matters. Now let us see how much marks lowest qualifying candidate in EWS category scores in IAS exam compared to OBC, SC and ST category toppers. I also want to see how much marks EWS topper gets compared to OBC, SC and ST toppers.

I don't any reason to believe that it is unfair for 85% of Indian to have 60% seats available to them.

I think cap of economically weaker section should be decided based on salary of the job applied. I think for a job of peon with salary 20,000 per month income limit should be 2 lakhs per year and for job of a IAS officer whose salary is 1 lakh per month income limit should be 12 lakh per year rather than being flat 8 Lakhs for all category of jobs.

Origin of Banknotes and Fiat Currency

Origin of Banknotes

Banknotes were started to be printed and issued in 1661 by Stockholms Banco , These banknotes became popular because  they were easy to carry than copper coins. These banknotes carried a promise to pay the bearer in terms of copper coin any time bearer demands. This popularity was exploited by the bank to issue more banknotes than copper coins it had and earn interest on money which did not exist. This idea became hit among banks and all banks started printing more banknotes than copper coins they were having and earning interest on money they did not have.  This lead to bankruptcy of  many banks when people demanded copper coins. Big banks used to collect banknotes of smaller banks in large quantity and produce suddenly one day and force bankruptcy of smaller banks. It left only large players in market.

Origin of Central Banks

Banknotes became so popular and printed so much that total number of banknotes became 5-6 times of total number coins. When wars started happening people wanted coins instead of banknotes and banks started getting bankrupt because they were unable to pay the coins as per promise. They went to government for protection. Government created central banks and replaced private banknotes with central banknotes. Private banks were made to borrow central banknotes from central bank to meet their obligations and pay interest to government on that. It was a new source of earning for government. It was origin of paper currency. Now government could create any amount of money without needing to procure precious metal like gold or silver.

De-linking of paper currency from Gold

The governments wanted to print large amount of money to finance their expanses but as per law it was required to keep 20% reserve in precious metal of amount of currency printed. Many governments devalued their currency in terms of gold many times. In 1973 USA de-linked dollar from gold now dollar did not have any fixed value in terms of gold. USA could print as many dollar as it want without keeping any gold reserve. All other countries followed same idea because they will not have to devalue their currency again and again to print more currency. It made all currencies Fiat currencies.

Dollar dominance as reserve currency

Initially five currencies British Pound, USA Dollar, Rubal, Yen and German Mark dominated reserves in which countries kept their surplus money. Countries wanted to keep their reserve in currencies which will not get devalued with time. The above five currencies were considered to be secure. Other option was to keep surplus money and Gold and convert Gold to money whenever you need money. Over the period of time Rubal lost its value because of fall of USSR and people stopped keeping Rubal reserve because people no longer considered it a secure currency. People considered USA Dollar as secure currency because of its dominance in whole world because of its technical and military strength. Because of this USA was export Dollar to other countries and get real assets like Gold in return of that. According to one report two third (66%) of Dollars are outside USA. This gives a big advantage to USA compared to other countries because  it can print more Dollars and get any real assets from the world in return of that. But other countries like Italy can't do that because its currency is not accepted outside. Printing more Dollars will depreciate value but 66% impact of it will be beard by people outside USA and 100% of profit will come to USA. Currently inflation of USA Dollar is 2.35% it means countries keeping Dollar reserves are loosing 2.35% of their money every year.

Emergence of EURO

The problem of loosing money because of Dollar reserves was felt most by European countries. They had to keep Dollar reserve in their countries and due to inflation in Dollar loose 2.35 % every year. They came up with idea of having a common currency all over Europe and eliminate Dollar reserve in Europe and export EURO outside Europe to acquire real wealth like Gold in return of that. It was very successful and as of August 2018, with more than €1.2 trillion in circulation, the euro has one of the highest combined values of banknotes and coins in circulation in the world, having surpassed the U.S. dollar. Inflation in EURO is 2.1% as of September 2018. Wealth gained by issuing new banknotes is shared by all member countries.

Efforts in other areas to remove dependence on USA Dollar

Talks have been going on in Asia and Middle East to come up with alternative to USA Dollar a payment currency. In middle east people are talking about using gold as payment medium and South Asia India, China and some other countries came up with idea of BRICS Development Bank.

Emergence of Cryptocurrency

Cryptocurrency is one more fiat currency in ongoing currency war. Every country want to expand the area where its currency is accepted so that it can export its currency there and get real wealth like Gold in return of that. Cryptocurrency is a photographically signed prime number which is registered in a distributed ledger. New prime numbers are discovered using CPU computational power and registered in ledger to the owner. As more prime numbers are getting discovered CPU cycles which are needed to discover new prime numbers is increasing because you need to scan more numbers to find a prime number which is not already registered with some other owner. Some early starters have registered a large number of prime numbers in their names at very cheap cost say 0.001 $ and want to sell them at high price. They have rigged price of Bitcoin to  $4250 as of today 24 November 2018. USA government would like these USA citizens to be able to sell these prime numbers to non USA citizens because it brings wealth to USA and at the same time don't want citizens of USA to buy prime numbers from outside USA because it moves wealth outside USA. But USA government knows that if it does not allow Cryptocurrencies in USA then no one outside USA will buy Cryptocurrencies from USA citizens. Aim of USA government will be to export all Cryptocurrencies outside USA but that can't achieved but it can surely achieve target of exporting 66% of Cryptocurrencies outside USA. In this process USA will make a lot of money (66% of total worth of Cryptocurrencies)  in this process 34% of money will get invested in something as useless as prime numbers but out of this 34% cryptocurrencies 95% will be supplied by USA citizens only so total loss will very low compared to gain. So USA and other countries where people have bought or created large amount of cryptocurrencies at a very small cost will encourage cryptocurrencies and countries where people don't have cryptocurrencies would not like their people to spend billions of Dollars for buying something as worthless as prime number.

Real value of Cryptocurrencies

Value of any commodity is based on two factors:
  1. Production cost of that commodity.
  2. Usefulness of that commodity.
If production cost of some commodity is low but usefulness is very high then price of that commodity will be high but surely fall when monopoly of the producer is broken. If production cost of some commodity is high but usefulness of that commodity is low and there is no real consumer of that commodity and no one buy that commodity and consume (destroy it in this process) then that commodity's price can become  zero at any point of time. Cryptocurrencies which are prime numbers registered with some registrar is a commodity which don't have any use and even if it is impossible to find new prime numbers then also price of one prime number can fall any day from $4250 to $0 any day.

Why higher interest rates leads to higher inflation?

In this article I will try to explain relation between interest rate and inflation.

Before starting let me put down some numbers as of March 2017 total amount of bank notes in circulation was 13,102 billion rupee and 250 rupee coins were in circulation. It means total currency in circulation in March 2017 was 13,252 billion rupee. (source)

Total internal and external debt of Union government as on 31st March 2018 is estimated at 82,32,653.56 core rupee which is more than 7 time of total currency is circulation. (source)

Total tax revenue of central government in year 2017-2018 was 12,69,453.8 crore rupee. (source)

Total deposit in Indian banking system as on March 2018 was 114,792,883 million rupee and total credit provided by all Indian banks was 86,825,727 million rupee. (source)

Total deposit in Indian banking system is more than 8 time total currency in circulation and total debt of central government is 7 time of total currency in circulation.

Now let us see how increase in interest rate will effect the economic situation. If interest rates are increased then banks will pay more interest to depositors which will increase cash flow into economy. Since bank loans will cost more industries cost will increase and they will be forced to increase price and inflation will start increasing. Government will also be paying more interest on its borrowing which will increase budget deficit. Government will be required to print more money to cover budget deficit it will increase total currency in circulation. This way inflation increases with interest rate and decreases with interest rate. Indian government is doing a big exercise of keeping inflation in control by reducing interest rate.

Interest rates also increase with inflation. When inflation increases and interest rates does not then people will start withdrawing money from bank and government securities and start investing in commodities like gold. It puts pressure on government and government increases interest rate to attract investments. It will increase governments expenditure on interest on its debt and government will be forced to print more money and that will further increase inflation.

Increase in inflation triggers increase in interest rate and increase in interest rate triggers increase in inflation. This is a chain reaction and can lead to hyper inflation. This happened in Zimbabwe which lead to collapse of local currency and local currency had to be abandoned. Now Zimbabwe is using foreign currency as legal tender. These foreign currencies are controlled by other countries and they can print as much currency as they want and it will cause loss to people holding these currencies in Zimbabwe. Dependence of any currency not controlled by government of that country is good for that country. I don't want that situation to ever occur in India.
