Dance Bars

Yesterday Supreme Court of India pulled up Maharastra government for not granting licence to dance bars. Court said that it is better to dance in a dance bar than beg on street. I don't agree to this comment. The girls who are dancing in dance bars are not even paid minimum wages by the bar and are dependent on the tips offered by drunkards in the bar. They have to dance obscenely to please these drunkards to get tips from them. It is even worse than begging. It is not a dance show where people buy a ticket and dancers are paid from the ticket amount.

Many young girls are kidnapped and trafficked to Mumbai for dancing in dance bars in Mumbai. There is big mafia of crimes which runs in these dance bars. Government is doing right things by not allowing dance bars in Mumbai.

If elected representatives of the people feel that something needs to be banned in the state then there should have been some merit in that. It is responsibility of government to maintain law and order in state. What is allowed and what is allowed in the state should be best left to representative of the people and not judiciary. I see this as case of shameless judicial corruption. Judges have taken bribe from owners of dance bars and are forcing government to legalize something which is illegal.

What a Suprme Court : and what a stupid decision or verdict - Court says, better dance to the tunes of drunkards and lose ur self-respect. Now all beggar women can join together to form dance bar and that too, near and around schools, colleges and educational institutions. A court or verdict which will spoil the moral fabric of the country needs to be removed or nullified.

Attempt to regulate private school fee

Now a days Delhi government is trying to regulate fee hike by private schools. Government says that these private schools are making huge profits and regulating school fee will reduce burden of parents.

This move has a downside also. Schools are prevented from charging high fee but are not prevented from making huge profits. The schools will not sacrifice their profit because of cap on school fee but will reduce facilities to students. The quality of infrastructure and quality of teachers will suffer because these schools will cut on expenditure salary of teachers. Good teachers will move to some other states where schools are offering good salary or join some coaching center which don't come under fee regulation. School education will suffer and profit of schools will still not come down. It will be a loss for parents because now they need to send their children to coaching classes also because schools are not having good teachers.

So what is the solution? Should government not do anything and let schools loot the parents of students?

The solution is not to kill free market economy. Market knows the best if school A is charging 3000 rupee per month and school B is charging 5000 rupee per month and school B is having all seats occupied and school A is having 10% seat vacant then there is some reason for it. Market knows the best about the services being offered to them. We can't say that school B is looting the parents and school A is not. On the contrary it looks like school A is looting the parents and that is why 10% of the seats are lying vacant.

The government needs to build good schools and provide good education there. This will create competition in the market and people will start leaving overpriced schools and these schools will start spending in providing good services and reducing the fee.

Price control hinders new inventions. No schools will roll out new technology in their schools if they can't fund their expenditure by raising the fee. The government has failed miserably in managing government schools and wants to kill competition in private schools. Government is still leaving these private schools with same management which it accuses of corruption and profiting. Why doesn’t government take over these schools and run them better than current management? Government doesn’t have that capability people know that. Government should concentrate on providing good education services to people by hiring more teachers for schools rather than wasting money in putting CCTV in every classroom. Once there are sufficient number of schools are there and quality of education is good there, private schools will be forced to provide better education to student at lower fee otherwise they will be shutdown.

I see fee regulation of private schools to be a negative development.

Right of equality

I did not think I will need to write on this topic because I was taught in my 6th class about right of equality in my school and assumed that everyone else will also have been taught that. But today while discussing with some of my colleagues I discovered that they are not aware of this law.

The question is like this does owner of a shop have right to deny sale of the product to any person whom he don't want to sell product because it is a private shop and not government one. The answer which was given to me was that since it is a private shop owner has right to choose his customer and can deny services to anyone whom they don't like and no law exists against that.

I would like to say that a law exist against that and that too is fundamental right in constitution any shops, public restaurants, hotels and places of public entertainment is bound by this law not to discriminate between people. Any private business is bound by this law and not allowed to discriminate. A similar law exists in USA also and I saw board displayed in stores that a certain section of law prohibits the store from discriminating between customers. This is such a basic law that it is taught in 6th class to students, I am amazed to see graduates who are not aware of this law and consider themselves to be knowing laws very well.

Akshay Kumar's donation of 90 Lakhs for drought relief

Film actor Akshay Kumar has announced donation of 90 Lakh rupee for drought relief in Maharastra. Many people have suddenly started posting on facebook against so called tax evasion by Akshay Kumar. What have happened recently? Is Akshay Kumar been named in some panama leeks? I don't remember any official or unofficial report coming out recently which have exposed Akshay Kumar. So why suddenly Akshay Kumar has become a villain? What have he done recently to attract such comments.

Only thing I see have hurt people is his donation of 90 Lakh rupee for drought relief. This act have hurt lakhs of people who think that they are highest income tax payers despite being in lowest 5% of the income group and are biggest philanthropist because they gave 10 rupee to a beggar some 10 years back and no one can beat their record. These people label people donating money to temples as selfish because these people are buying mercy for their sins from god. It looks like saints are found only drinking in a bar with their friends; any person who give money to a needy person is corrupt and want to buy forgiveness for his sins. Now by giving 90 Lakh rupee for drought relief in Maharastra Akshay Kumar have proved that he is a corrupt person. If he is not corrupt then why he is not enjoying his money in bars with his friends just like honest actors like Amitabh Bachchan, Amir Khan and Shahrukh Khan?

No one can be more philanthropic than a person who had given 10 rupee to a beggar some 10 years back. If someone tries to prove him wrong, then that person will attract that kind of hate which Akshay Kumar is facing. If Akshay Kumar is such a big tax evader then why did I not hear about that before? No new information from income tax department has come out recently.

People doing good thing should keep doing good thing despite being disliked by selfish people. These people want to believe that they are best people despite being highly corrupt and selfish. If someone breaks that image of themselves they start talking against him. So Akshay Kumar, don't worry about these people and keep doing good work.

Decreasing population of Hindu's and threat of Mugalistan

According to news report at the following link :
population of Hindus is declining at a very alarming rate. This is a very dangerous situation Hindus are facing. If we are unable to maintain our population then we will not be able to protect our assets. It happened in Kashmir where Hindus were in minority where numbers are concerned but very well placed as far as property was concerned. They were thrown out of Kashmir my Muslim majority and now living in shelter houses in Jammu. This is going to happen in every piece of land where Hindus are going to become a minority. There is already a plan out to create a nation called Mugalistan which will comprise of Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Bangal. This Mugalistan will not be bound by constitution written by B.R. Ambedkar where minority will have special privileges but they will write their own constitution and Hindus will not have any rights there.

Why am I concerned?

I am concerned because my house falls in this proposed area of Mugalistan. My only security against this Mugalistan is that Hindus are in majority in this geographical area. But now that is being shattered because population of Hindus is decreasing. Now threat of Mugalistan looks very real.

Is converting to Islam a solution?

Some people say that they will convert to Islam and enjoy their property in Mugalistan like Hindus of Pakistan, who converted to Islam, are enjoying. It is not true because I heard a story of a Punjabi Brahmin family who was left in Pakistan and converted to Islam for their protection. One of my colleagues told me that when they were young one person came to their house in Delhi and told him that he is Muhamad Yasin and he want to meet his father. When his father came Muhamad Yasin told his father that he is son of his grandfather's brother and he came to India to disburse remains of his father in Ganga. When Muhamad Yasin's father was dying he told to his son that his actual name is Ram Prasad Sharma and he had to convert to Islam to protect his family and he could not live like a Hindu but want to die as a Hindu. He requested his son not to bury his dead body but to burn it and disburse his remains in Ganga in India. He also told his son that after converting to Islam his life was not peaceful as expected; more than half of his property was taken as donation while converting to Islam. He was forced to give good amount of money to Masjid on every Muslim festival. He was left with only 20% of his original wealth.

This is what happens after someone converts to Islam. It is all about land and money and not about religion. Muslims are not interested in converting Hindus to Islam but to capture their money and land. Initially they lure Hindus with promise of a luxurious life after converting to Islam but once you are trapped they will extort last penny out of you.

Who is responsible for decreasing population of Hindus?

Only Hindus who are not ready to shoulder responsibility of raising two children are responsible for decrease of Hindu population. People say, “what is point in having more children whom you can't feed”. It matters how much money do you give to your children than how may children you have. I would like to say that Kashmiri Hindus had every wealth and lacked only in number and now living life of penury. Converting to Islam is not a solution as describe earlier. I see lots of Hindus who are having only one child and don't want to have second child because they think that they can give to society better than another children. Of course they are talking about money. I don't like talking about it but today I want to ask these people how much money they are contributing to society. I am, after shouldering responsibility of raising 2 children, paying all taxes honestly is contributing 40,000 rupee per year to uplift life of poor people for last 8 years. How much these progressive people who don't believe in just producing children are contributing? Of course they have more resources left with them because they have fewer children.

People say that I make a lot of money. I can't discuss my salary in public because it is confidential and I don't make as much money as people think. I want to say that people who are driving more expensive cars than mine, spending more money on luxurious dining and travel and not having responsibility of 2 children are not able to contribute as much as I am able to do.

What is the solution?

The solution to this problem is that Hindu men should stand up and take responsibility of raising two children. It is not that Hindu women are not ready to bear second child but Hindu men are to ready to raise second child. Hindu men are being too selfish and a too selfish society can survive. Well to do people should contribute for welfare of poor Hindus so that they don't fall to allurements of Muslims. This way we can save ourselves from suffering in Mugalistan.

IIT fee hiked to 2 lakhs per year

Today HRD minister Smriti Irani took two decisions

1.    Making education in IITs free for SC/ST and physically  challenged
2.    Increasing fee for IITs from 90 thousands to 2 Lakhs

Regarding first decision I would like to say that it is investment on uplifting the poor and if 2000 SC/ST students are studying in IITs then it will cost 2000x2 Lakhs = 40 crore per year. If only 50% of this goes to deserving candidates then also I will say that it is right investment. With kind of budget we are having for union of India it is a very small amount. With this investment we are not lowering standard of education like in case of reservation. We are uplifting standard of education by investing some money. Giving grant to students of most premier institutions of our country will take our country forward.

Now regarding second decision I would like to say that many of engineers produced by IITs takes jobs abroad and don't repay investment done on them by paying income tax in India. Smriti Irani has also said that all general candidates can apply for an interest free loan for paying the fee and that too without any collateral. It means any student deserving admission in IIT can walk into any bank with his/her report card and walk out with a loan for his/her education. If this is reality then the students of IIT will at least repay cost of education before leaving India and starting enriching a rich country's coffer with their income tax. On deserving candidate will be at disadvantage because getting a loan is as easy as walking in with his/her report card and walking out with loan approved. If it is really true.
